Bill and his crew were really great to work with. We contacted them initially for a few rooms that had to be done quickly as we were in the middle of a major house re-construction that touched all of the rooms in our house except for 3. The process had been painful and we couldn't occupy the house while this was going on. Construction is never easy and we didn't want anything else holding us up. We normally paint ourselves, but needed it all done at once without taking time off of work, being too slow and not having the right equipment etc. I always hesitate to call people for indoor painting when I know we could be doing it on our own to save money. I DO NOT regret having his crew in to do this work!

They painted our newly constructed kitchen/powder room, a living room area, up the steep staircase and into a continuous 2nd floor hallway, and a 2nd floor bedroom. They did this all for a fair price and with a quick turnover so that the work could continue with the construction crew without delays. We really appreciated them being able to step in on short notice to get the job done. Fast forward about 9 months; I realized that I hated one of the colors after living with it for a little while. (At the time, we were making hasty decisions in a "let's get this done" mode) Called them back up to repaint the hallway/stairwell and they happily did that as well. My enclosed patio glass door frames have many black stains that i can not wash them off, the stains are also on the patio ceiling, i called Rochester NY Painters asking them to come over to give me an estimate for a new painting job. Bill and his staff came over this morning, Bill told me the black stains are mold which can be easily washed off by laundry bleach. Bill asked me to give him a rag and cleaning bleach, he carefully removed one of the glass doors, his staff Tom applied the bleach and wiped the mold away, it was a good demonstration. Tom also washed off a section of the black steins from the ceiling to show me how it works. Bill explained to me the reason of causing the mold to grow is because i do not have soffit vents and roof vents installed when the patio was built, I do not need a paint job for my patio but need to have soffit vents installed. Upon my request, he gave me a referral to a company that does soffit vents. Before they go, Bill takes the time to show me how to take the glass door off so i can do the cleaning myself. Hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with. Greg and team did an amazing job and were incredibly flexible in their timing. They painted while we were on vacation and Greg sent photos of the progress the whole time they were working. I was a bit nervous at first about paint splatter on the new hardwoods we had just installed, but Greg assured me they would take good care of my home. The team delivered - in one of the pictures he sent, I could see that every square foot of the floor was covered and when we got home, the floors were in just as good of shape as when I left. Equally important was the customer service on the job. Greg was completely professional and made it abundantly clear that quality is what they are after. These guys have a warranty that if I find something wrong with their job in the next few years, they will come back and fix it. When the job was complete, Greg thanked me for inviting them into my home and giving them the opportunity to work with them, and he was completely genuine about it.
