During the holidays while out shopping, I stopped by for a Wednesday Special (3 peice w/ mashed potatoes, coleslaw and a biscuit). Instead of coleslaw, I wanted mashed potatoes and green beans. I was upcharged .75 cents to switch out a side (which I think is ridiculous). Once I got home I quickly realized I was given mash and coleslaw anyway. I called and shared my disappointment with the manager and explained I had the receipt and the SIDE if necessary and I would stop in tomorrow to be compensated. I was not able to stop by the next day so I stopped in two days later. I ordered a $5 Fill-Up (2 piece with one side, biscuit, drink and cookie), paid and called the manager over to the drive thru. I explained who I was and asked how I would be compensated. Thank God I really did have the side and brought it with me because the manager actually had the audacity to ask for the damn side!! You should 've seen the look of SHAME on his face when I produced the SIDE AND RECEIPT with a smile!! He attempted to only give me an additional side that I had previously bought and was upcharged for two days prior. I explained that would be an even exchange not compensation. He argued that I did not come back the very next day. When I explained that timing had absolutely nothing to do with the mistake they made and how ridiculous he was to even ask me for the side (like who does that), he finally gave in to my request for an additional piece of chicken in today's order. A PIECE OF CHICKEN!!! Why did I have to go through all of that for a mistake they made? The manager there is so PETTY and he is a man!! Not that men can't be petty but I haven't experienced it often.
Lesson-Never leave the drive thru w/o first checking your order; even if the line is 20 cars deep! I usually do this but I was being considerate of the people in line behind me. Nope, never...
Read moreI wish I could give them less than 1 star, the service was terrible. I ordered my food inside after over 10 minutes I was told it's be 5 more minutes. After waiting another 15 minutes I demanded a refund, which I received and then conveniently my food was ready. The manager was lingering around on her phone the staff was scattered and lazy. I was told by the crew member that gave the food that it took so long because the cook said he "already cleaned up and didn't feel like it" and went in the back and sat down refusing to work then the manager made him do his job which he then purposely dragged his feet about. Mind you it was 8pm so nowhere near close. Also there was another guy in the back pouring water on top of trash that was on the floor then grabbing pans and walking in it sliding his feet as if he were purposely trying to fall. Read moreI ordered a 10pc wing and. 6 pc wing in drive through, was asked to pull into the parking lot and it would be brought out to me. After 15 minutes and seeing the drive through cashier bring out 5 other orders she says that it’ll be a few more minutes. 10 minutes later she comes out with another order and I ask for a refund. The cashier comes over and stated that they gave my order to another customer and they were re-making it. Me recognizing it’s Christmas Eve and they’re busy I said okay. After about 10 minutes I go inside only to find out they never started to re-make my food. At that point I ask for a refund. The cashier didn’t know how to do a refund and there was no manager available. I stood and waited another 15 minutes as she took other orders until a guy walked over and entered in his numbers....
