So march 8th I won a Snkrs raffle and somebody had already bought me the same pair of WOMEN'S jordan 4s from SG... I figured I'd just return the Street game pair instead of mailing back the other pair to save on emissions and not have my money held up for another week. I checked the receipt which says and I quote "1. Return/Exchange items must be unworn/ undamaged.... / within 14 days of purchase. (irrelevant) men & grade school foams/ retros/ limited edition footwear can only be exchanged for store credit (no cash/ card refunds) 4 (also irrelevant) "
On 3/20, I go into the store for the return, but before paying any real attention, the dude tells me it's been too long lol... no, it's only been 12 days! (1.)
THEN, he's like well you can't return Jordan's... I reply yes, for men and grade school, these are women's! Then he's like that's not what that means lol HOW? literally makes no sense for #3 to read any other way. If I read it any other way, the receipt suggests you can't return men or grade school sneakers PERIOD! like I said, makes no sense! Then he tells the young man helping me, to go call someone (manager/ owner?) who also denied the return... If this was a different situation I certainly would've been furious and argued them down. Luckily I could still return the other pair to nike, which I shouldn't have had to do because THEIR RECEIPT CLEARLY STATES I was well within my right to return for a cash refund! Street game is cool and all so 3 stars for that and the young man being super helpful, but say what u mean and mean what you say! These rules shouldn't be open for interpretation. So if I'm reading it incorrectly, cool, but everyone I asked read it the same way lol. Maybe those rules need some revision where if all retros/ limited edition footwear are non returnable they read as such IN THEIR OWN SEPERATE LINE ITEM! I kno no one likes returns but it's just part of the game! Stand on business and quit making up stuff as you go! I...
Read moreCame here to get Jordan 5 Metallic and I really want to commend staff on how they handled the release, it's something other stores definitely can learn from. When you see a big line building up outside your store instead of getting frustrated and being pissed about something you already know is going to happen, you need to set the tone and communicate effectively. The staff(Roderick is what I think his name is) did just that. They opened up the store early and explained that there would not be enough pairs for everyone and have options for other places that people could shop at to maybe get their pairs. I thought that set clear expectations for how the release was going to go and it discouraged violence/hostile behavior. I was able to get my shoes In a timely fashion and get on with my day. THANK YOU...

After they went online shopping at Walmart. This is really a bad look as representative of Streetgame. Will NEVER go back to Chili...
