I've been a long term loyal Customer for over ten years and appreciate the various discounts, specials, etc. in recognition.
However, unfortunately I've now "moved on" to where I can actually obtain QUALITY professional service AND food.
The food here is certainly NOT that great. Pasta dishes, meat toppings, etc. are either OVERCOOKED or undercooked.
Lately, I've experienced my on line orders are usually INCORRECT which occurred on SEVERAL occasions.
The staff at THIS location definitely LACKS in PROFESSIONALISM & Customer Services on MANY LEVELS.
Particularly when orders are subsequently picked up, items missing are discovered & mentioned, NO apologies, etc. ONE should NOT experience UNPLEASANT, UNPROFESSIONAL interactions. Namely, FOLKS WITH BAD ATTITUDES. Especially when ATTEMPTS are made (by customers) to RESOLVE issues prove UNSUCCESSFUL. Whether calling/visiting to address, NO ONE should receive constant pushback and or UNECESSARY confrontation from any highly UNPROFESSIONAL staff member. Especially when it comes to expressing VALID complaints. Forget about any subsequent calls made, as NO name is ever provided to IDENTIFY person ANSWERING for ACCOUNTABILITY purposes. Plus you are usually "thrown on hold for extended periods of time no matter WHEN you call." Nor do they ever demonstrate a WILLINGNESS to ASSIST. When in person, I witnessed a great deal of UNPROFESSIONAL conduct as well. Such as someone at counter, etc. ON their personal CELL PHONE, totally unfocused or someone in background "chimming in" when they DON'T have any facts associated. I've also witnessed workers handling orders in "dreads with NO hair net." I've been issued many credits by Store Managers as a result on various occasions which is greatly appreciated. However, this has absolutely NO IMPACT whatsoever UNLESS MAJOR improvements are IMPLEMENTED accordingly. I seriously suggest going "elsewhere" as REPRESENTION of the DOMINOS BRAND relating to QUALITY, PROFESSIONALISM AND STELLAR SERVICE simply DOESN'T exist HERE when it comes to what I'm accustomed to. Something ALL customers should encounter CONSISTENTLY. One would think that THEY seriously "step up more" considering the amount of pizza places AND restaurants in area offering LOTS of other options!

First I ordered my food online food came completely messed up so I called they gave me store credit what store credit I was only able to get one large pizza with what I had previously paid for a pizza and two sets of wings. So I called tonight to have pizza waited an hour and a half called the same guy who took my order the first time said my order was never processed. So I replaced my order trying to be patient with the same person they just called said it's dominoes left my food outside after every time I have ordered from Domino's it has been brought to my door. Left my food in a place where animals could get it didn't say nothing and drove off. So I call and speak to the manager Mike and he could only say well since covid we do it like this then what is the purpose of taking an apartment number and asking the apartment number if you're going to just put the food down where anybody could take it? I will not be calling back this restaurant and something's got to be done because they are very rude and the pizza isn't even good SMH won't waste my money there puddgies...
Read moreI just had pizza delivered to my place of work and had the worst customer service experience. I provided my own cell phone number for contact and the delivery took well over 40 minutes to arrive once I received a text message that the driver was on their way. I provided clear instructions on where to take this delivery. The driver did not drop off the pizza at the location specified. I received no phone call. The person on the end of the phone said I provided an incorrect phone number. I asked them to listen to the recorded message as I was told that calls are monitored for quality purposes and they would hear that the number provided was correct. I also said that I had ordered a sheet pizza and was told that Domino's doesn't do sheet pizza. This was not explained to me when I ordered. The person on the other end of the line was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me that I provided incorrect phone number and you got what you paid for!! Bad Form. Domino's just lost a customer and I will never purchase from...
