Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Rochester

We went to this Dunkin around 10:30AM today, hoping to grab a quick breakfast. When we were ordering the cashier seemed uninterested and uncaring, throwing the pastries we order in their bags onto the counter without care. She then attempted to end the transaction before we were finished ordering. After ordering we waited and did get our food and drinks pretty quickly.

After getting home however we noticed that our egg and cheese croissant sandwich had bacon. My partner (doesn't eat meat due to dietary restrictions) couldn't eat their breakfast. So we returned to the store (about 30 minutes or so after we had left the first time) and explained the situation. The cashier huffed and snatched the bag off the counter before walking away without saying anything. The two workers were then loudly talking and complaining about how we came back and how unreasonable it is to come back for a remake after 30 minutes. When we received our food (correct this time thankfully) my partner attempted to be nice and thank them for remaking the food for her. Except, before she could say anything the worker started telling her off about how next time we wouldn't be allowed to come back for a remake after 30 minutes.

Overall I find this complete lack of any customer service to be unacceptable. I would recommend no one go near this Dunkin, at least not while the workers that were there today are still...

Absolutely horrible service. Went here after work at about 530 for a little pick me up for myself and my fiancée and received very rude looks while ordering like I was in the wrong for coming in to order coffee. I asked for two medium Iced lattes - 1 mocha and one lite caramel. Received a rude expression when I specified one of them to be lite and was told that mocha wasn't a flavor they offered. So instead I ordered 2 caramels, one lite and the lite latte wasn't even flavored.

In short, skip this one and go down the road where they might have competent employees who don't sneer at you when asked to do the job they're...

I just tried to come in at 8:50pm tonight, and the Open sign was lit. I parked my car and tried the doors and they're locked up a full 10 mins before posted closing time. C'mon dunkin...really? The two gals working inside were shaking their heads at me.

I got back into my car and they turned off the Open sign, and it was still about 9 mins until close. It's currently 8:59pm as I post this, and I already have gotten a coffee through a starbucks drive thru.

I prefer Dunkin to starbucks, but man....any other business, will stay open until posted close. It's a matter of good faith...
