I gave 1 star because you had to choose to submit the review, I wish you could leave negative stars as this was probably the worst experience I have ever received at a business as far as the customer service. I went into the store and placed my order with the young lady at the counter. She took my order and handed me a cup to proceed to the drink machine and get my drink. I went to the machine and found that the machine was not making ice (which they were aware of once I mentioned it to them) so I returned to the counter and asked could I get some ice because the machine was not giving any. The young lady then proceeded to advise her coworkers that someone needs to do something about this machine and the ice not working and that ice was needed up front. Another young lady brought a bucket of ice and dumped it into something that was under the counter that I could not see. She then left and I continued to wait for ice. The young lady that took my order was now packing bags but after a few minutes noticed me standing there and gave me some ice. I went back to the machine and found that the pop also was flat. I went back to the counter and let the young lady know and asked if she could make my drink from behind the counter. Without hesitation and a whole lot of attitude she told me that I need to choose some juice, another drink, or something because she does not have time for all that in a very rude tone. I immediately asked for a manager because of the tone, level of her voice, and disrespectful attitude that she was giving me. The young lady proceeded to yell at me, "I am the manager so what, what do you want" I could not believe she could possibly be the manager so I asked for her name and the district manager name and where I could make a complaint. She told me they don't give that out and that I could go look online if I wanted to complain. (The whole time yelling at me.) I then told her that I would like a refund and that's when she started with the cussing and calling people from the back of the store. At this point I advised my 9yr old son that was with me and witnessing this woman cussing and yelling at me, to go to the car with his mother and I proceeded with him to make sure to get him through the parking lot safely as it was dark outside. Once I returned inside the store there was now a gentleman at the counter (whom I am assuming was the actual manager) he asked me how he could help me and I tried to start explain what had happened. While I am doing so the young lady continues to cuss and rant about she doesn't have time for this I did everything that old man wanted and he is just asking too much I don't have time for this BS (not what she used). So I proceeded to ask the manager if he could come from behind the counter because the young lady was yelling so loud and over talking us that we couldn't even talk. ( He never removed her from the situation or did anything to address how she had acted and was currently acting) So we went to the front of the store, and I explained what happened. He did apologize but from the look on his face I was a bother to him as well. I asked for my refund which he provided. (The whole time the young lady is continuing to cuss and say she did everything I wanted he is tripping) When this actually started because I asked for a drink from behind the counter because of a faulty machine that they were are of. I then asked again for a district manager name their names and how I could complain and got the same answer. We do not give that out and you can go online to look for a number to complain. A woman that was in the store saw the interaction and heard my son at one point state that he was hungry. She told me your son is hungry just take the food and go. I advised her no, I am not going to teach my son that it is ok for someone to talk to you in that manner and disrespect you nor is it ok to act like that. The cashier was borderline if not completely illiterate. How she was expected to handle money and food is a baffling mystery. The concept of a coupon completely mystified her she was barely able to pronounce common, elementary words. The final straw was not that she was playing with her extremely wet looking and shiny hair, oh no. Or the amount of dirt and grit underneath her fingernail. While attempting to completely destroy an incredibly easy order she pinches the tip of her nose, shakes it back and forth, shakes her head back and forth and finally lets go of nose only to have a booger visibly come cascading out of her nose. I thought about saying something to the manager but he also was busy playing with his hair and putting together drive through orders with the same gloved hand that he was rubbin' his noodle with. Read more01/22/23 at 12:11pm I make my way into Wendy’s see a girl with a brush cut looking around not paying any attention to the counter or the fact there is a customer waiting to be helped. Finally after 3 minutes of waiting someone by the name of Trefine come to take my order she first of all had the worst customer service, she didn’t have any eye contact no smile on her face, not in a good spirit she placed my order wrong I had to add another transaction then finally after getting the order the food is cold and not fresh..
