Artani’s Pizzeria - Rome — Restaurant in City of Rome

I've been going to Sinatra's since the day they opened and they really do have the best pizza in Rome right now. Well cooked, not super greasy. That crust though...The crust is where it's at if you like a medium thickness pie. It's not so thick that you're just eating dough, but it's also just thick enough to hold up to the ingredients without flopping around, and it has great flavor as well.

I haven't tried their subs or calzones yet, but I've seen them and they look delicious, and I've also seen comments elsewhere that say they really are good. That's probably next on my list to try.

More than any of that though, they're just great people. They'll go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. I had a really minor issue right when they first opened, nothing unusual for a new restaurant. I don't usually complain about anything, I'm not picky anyway, but in this case I decided to give them a shot to fix it because it was unusual. I was super impressed with how far over the top Justin and the rest of the crew went to resolve something that turned out to be a really simple issue with some new equipment. They made it up and then some, by far the best resolution to a problem I've ever seen. I did still leave with some dinner that night, but then he figured out what caused the issue so he even chased me down outside before I could leave just so I would know that he had figured it out and that it would get fixed.

This was in their first few days and I know they were super busy. One guy with a bad experience could have just slipped by, they could have just remade my pie and sent me on my way, but the fact that they took the time to make it right in a real pits then a mile ahead in my eyes. So much so that I ended up back there the next day and many times since. I'll also say that was the only issue I've had there, so no concerns about food quality or anything.

Best customer service in town by far, alot of places could take a lesson, and the food really is great. Definitely an excellent local business and absolutely...

Okay so I ordered tonight for delivery from the Rome location I had ordered two specialty monster slices and two regular cheese slices. Delivery person comes at 7:25 cool hey we didn’t have the monster slices so we gave you a extra jumbo slice okay no problem. I open the boxes they are all cheese…. I call and the person who answered a guy didn’t get his name said yeah we were out of the monster slices, I said yeah not a problem but they’re all cheese slices……” oh ,well , didn’t i talk to you on the phone?”I said “ no nobody called me “ guy said well we ran out of specialty slices too, I’m like okay but I was waiting for him to say something and the dude hung up. I spent 20 something bucks on pizza including delivery. I’m honestly not happy. If I had gotten a call that they didn’t have any specialty slices at all I would’ve had them refund my order. First off the owners and workers here are the best people ever so nice and willing to go the extra mile every time and when I here them talk to there workers they do it the right way no yelling or being mean just talking to them like they care about them just like there customers not many pizza shop owners do that .I have never had a bad experience here I have nothing but good things to say here is one example its sunday at 830 every pizza place is closed i call Sinatra's and they closed at 8 but they pick up the phone WOW And still took my order for pizza and wings 30 min after closing I am sure they dont do this all the time but I got luckey I guess and i got the best pizza wings in the city and they stayed a extra hr for me I will never go anywere else .....what a great experience 5 stars great food and more important great people to do business with......thanks for the...
