Cianfrocco's — Restaurant in City of Rome

So me and my wife order two tuna melts from here along with two 1 1/2 pounds of mild and barbecue wings for dinner for the family . Upon opening the sandwich I took a bite and was about to offer my 2 year old daughter a bite from my sandwich and then noticed a very distinct rotten taste and automatically vomited !!!! Yes you read that correctly, vomited !!! So my wife called them to see if the meal would be refunded and the girl who was working there said she’s going to call her boss and see if the refund is possible …. Long story short we were only refunded for the sandwiches but not the wings . Which is very unprofessional as a business because not only we had to make some thing else to eat along with our wings , but by the time our replacement meal was done the wings were cold . Dinner was ruined ! Be very careful ordering from this store . If digested I could’ve gotten scombroid poisoning and could’ve been fatal ! I’ve never been to a place that serves food and if something is wrong with something on the plate they only refunded the item that had something wrong with it Usually they refund the whole meal . This place has some great food!! I have been ordering food here since it was called, SubWay..a VERY long time ago! They were made to change their name when the actual subway chain came to Rome. The name changed, food stayed the same delicious way! Their wings are SO DELICIOUS!! Juicy inside, crispy and brown on the outside! SO good!! I love their chicken finger sub!! The steak sub is very good too. I have ordered it two ways. The original way with grilled peppers, onions, and mushrooms..your choice of cheese. OR, you can get it with lettuce, onions, cheese, and tomatoes. Both are the absolute best!! The chicken tenders are SO good too! I have always gotten my orders delivered hot! In ALL these YEARS! I have not a single complaint. The manager/owner is a super sweet lady. The workers have always been so nice to me. And, the delivery drivers are ALWAYS on time and very nice too! Don’t forget to get yourself some fried dough. It’s crispy edge and the soft, tender inside with the sweet confectionery sugar, is the perfect ending to your meal. I LOVE this company! Ordered pizza and wings for the family and friends. The pizza was wrong but the kids were hungry so we decided after waiting over an hour for our food we will let the kids go ahead and eat. I then called again to inform them that our pizza was wrong and that I would just ordered another one. The lady on the phone informed me that she realized it was wrong when she sent it out. She asked me if I wanted to return the pizza. I said no and that I would just order another pizza. She then was rude to me even after I was willing to pay for a new pizza and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with a manager she then told me she was the manager and hung up again. This lady was really unprofessional and rude.
