Take your business to Rite Aid, after 5 years using walgreens, lady pharmacist in Rome, Ny, wouldnt fill my prescription apparently due to the fact that the drug is abused, however Im 100% not an abuser and acutually needed it. I understand her appeal to want to be a GOD pharmacist, but while she does fill all other drugs she decides to not fill mine, and all she needed to do was call the doctor (oh thats right thats part of her job)?? By the way Miss Pharmacist that wants to save the world, how about stopping the sale of cigarrettes and alcohol at the front counter and oh a big reason that your store exists otherwise perhaps you would want to actually fill legit prescriptions to save your little pharmacist job. May the Karma return to you tenfold, Laura, you strange human being. Oh and btw Rite Aid filled with no issues, thanks for nothing. Also rite aid made me actually feel like a person, not a number...... FInally, I work in the military, thank god I help save the world so this lady has the freedom to disallow a perfectally legal...
Read moreIt’s about 1:15- 1:20 pm and I asked the pharmacy technician where a certain OTC medicine is. She tells me it’s in the next isles. Then I asked about a prescription that was sent over recently and she asked my name. The pharmacist was working on it now. So I go to the isle (one isle over) and am having trouble finding it. It was in a security case at the bottom and found it finally. As I approach the end of the isle heading to the pharmacy window I hear clanking. They closed for lunch! The technician didn’t go above and beyond to help me by showing me where the OTC meds were. Not only that, but failed in her service to inform a paying customer who is the only one in the store waiting! That is the rudest thing not to clue in a customer that we are about to close in a few minutes and your prescription won’t be ready for a half hour! The only good thing was the cashier at the front apologized several times for the technician’s lack...
Read moreAs I have in the past, I made an appointment online for a flu shot for today, 9/25. I received a text message and several emails confirming my appointment, as well as even spoke to someone at the pharmacy on 9/24 about my "appointment" for today. I went to the pharmacy for my "appointment" today, only to be told by the pharmacy associate that 1. They weren't doing flu shots today, and 2. They don't take appointments for the flu shot. She said, "Come back tomorrow". I just looked at her and said, "I will just go somewhere else". Zero customer service skills and the pharmacist, who is also the pharmacy manager, just sat there during this whole exchange. I will be taking all my pharmacy business elsewhere and will not be stepping foot into this location...
