China Inn — Restaurant in City of Rome

I called to order food for my family the lady on the phone was so rude to me that I was just so offended, I'm new to Rome and was trying this restaurant for the first time and asked simply if she could cut up the boneless spear ribs. She seemed very angry and aggressive saying no that's to much work then dismissed me when I asked why she was being so mean. I was just asking if she said no we don't do that, I would have said ok no worries. But wow I was taken a back. She said very rudely do you still want it i said no im ok and simply canceled the order she said fine and hung up. Idk but I was offended. Very rude!! Won't be...

I called and placed an order . I ordered sesame chicken with lo mein and I also ordered beef and broccoli when I got home I realized they charged me for chicken and broccoli so I called them back up because I wanted the item because my mom doesn’t eat chicken. As soon as I walked in, the manager gave me an attitude telling me that her daughter speaks English so I’m the one that got it wrong. Which I know what I ordered so there’s no way I got it wrong. I ordered a quart of shrimp and mixed vegys with brown sauce , not lobster sauce, like with beef and broccoli. It's a sauce, not thin like broth. I had to request mixed Vegys, not just cabbage. When I received my order, it was thin, like soup broth and bland. I couldn't stand eating only an inch or less down. When I called to complain the next day, the woman told me never to come back! I don't intend to. I never do! This time, i ordered only because I was with a large group having lunch....
