Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in City of Rome

Most disgusting establishment I ever seen in my life. Where is management and why ain’t they doing there job ? After seeing what I seen I could never ever let anyone in my family eat here. As my wife ordered 2 pizzas and 2 crazy bread I watched the lady make pizza. I watch her pick up her phone to txt…..she then sat it down and began putting pepperoni on the pizza with her bare hands. Then she picked her phone back up for another txt……sat it down then scratched her head and then began completing putting pepperoni on the pizza. Now how disgusting is this. This is the food our people in our community is consuming. We threw both pizza out when we pulled in the driveway. Why wasn’t this employee wearing gloves? Does she even wash her hands at this point if she’s cross contaminating food ? This is absolutely disgusting. With Covid and every other disease going around we have people handling food like this. I wonder how many times that phone was in the bathroom with her and she wiped herself then touch that phone. Now she’s out making food and playing on her phone. Very disgusting and I hope someone steps in to address the issue. I would of never gave one star...

I was very unsatisfied with my visit this evening...I order from here at least 2 times a week and tonite the manager Bruce...was very rude and unprofessional...he got extremely mad because I asked to get a different pizza that wasn't burnt he threw the pizza on the floor and continued to be very disrespectful...I asked him if he was ok and he kept slamming my food...I then asked him for a manager and he said he was the manager I then asked for corporate number he told me he didn't have it ....I will not go there anymore and spend my money to be...

This has become one of our favourites, we order online via doordash. The pizzas are amazing and very good value, we will often pick the 'build your own' option. The only real complaint is the way the pizzas are sometimes sliced, into small squares! I'll often put in a little note to cut the pizza into triangles, honestly don't know why cutting pizza into squares has become a thing, can understand if the pizza itself is square or rectangular. Either way, delicious food...
