Shoe Dept. — Local services in City of Rome

I don't think I have ever felt unhappy leaving this place ever until today. I found a shoe similar to what I was looking for. I waited in line to ask the associate if they had this same shoe in another size and color or at another store. Before I was even able to finish asking my question in full I was interrupted by the woman with straight dark almost shoulder length hair stating that what ever they had there was on the shelf and something about it being discontinued. I really dislike when associates interrupt you before you finish asking your question. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or not but today the customer service was not there at all. I'm glad to see they have a store up north & nearby. I can always find the best deals on shoes & accessories here! I wish I had gotten the young man's name that assisted my 89 years young mom at the door. He worked on Sunday with another lady at the desk. I was so impressed by the care and empathy he showed helping my mom at the door! I at first thought he was a customer, then realized he was an employee! The world needs more mm like him!! Cant park on the streets in rome when it is going to snow, so me and my mom parked at the PD. We decided to walk to get the car in the morning instead of wait for a taxi (my feet got soaked because i forgot to bring my boots) So we go to shoe dept. and decide to get a new pair so that i can have dry feet. While there the 2 ladies (one had glasses) kept following us and watching us. If it wasn't for my feet being soaked by the snow and cold i would've spent my money elsewhere.
