Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in City of Rome

Bare with me as I have much to say. To say the food was tasty would do it a disservice! I am a particularly picky consumer so having a array of menu items readily available for me to peruse and find the perfect concoction as an individual is ideal to say the least. After having visiting this establishment multiple times over this past week and experimenting a little more each time and finding that each time adding in yet another delectable ingredient added another level of explosive flavor. The flavors delightfully danced around ticking my taste buds and the rock and roll sauce put it over the top with a beautiful kick of spicy flavor. Now you might think I'm done... But alas the service was also exquisite, the bearded chaps were a joy to transact with and even made some other senses tingle. Overall it was an astounding experience that I would strongly recommend to all who like a wonderful friendly environment and top notch...

Good location, friendly staff, food came out with good overall quality. The roof had a huge leak when we were there and they had to close the place down. Even more hilarious is ‘walking on sunshine’ was playing over the audio system as we watched water pouring inthrough the ceiling.

As in the roof literally had a gushing hole with the drop ceiling collapsed and a huge mess in the direct middle of the table area.

Im actually surpised they were still open at all given the severity of this. We’d go back though staff was friendly.

My only complaint is the same I see at other Moe’s sometimes - music was ridiculously loud to the point where you have to raise your voice to talk with someone across the table. Not sure why these places need to crank the music to...

Idk what Dylans last name is but let me tell you. That man deserves a raise. Door dash messed up my entire order, he stayed an hour late after closing before I finally called to see what was up. I eventually went and got it myself and he was super respectful and nice. Kept my food warm and didn't leave until I had gotten my food. Dylan If you're reading this, go get that raise boss, we'll deserved and well earned. Nothing but respect from him and it was an hour after closing.
