7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in City of Schenectady

Very disappointing visit. I asked for no ice, yet my cup wasn’t even filled to the top. For the price, that’s unacceptable.

To make it worse, after the cashier kindly applied the first responder discount, another employee questioned us about whether we were on duty and what kind of duty we were on and when we were working . That was rude, unprofessional, and embarrassing.

Between being shorted on the drink and treated poorly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at 7 Brew.
