Bowled — Restaurant in City of Schenectady

This was my second time eating here. I wasn't impressed the first time. The amount of what I got with the price just wasn't worth it and it tasted eeehhh, alright. I had a save 10.00 on 15.00 or more so I thought I'd take advantage of it and try something new. Yeah, it was even worse than the first time. I got a BYO grain bowl and a Pitayay bowl. The grain bowl had like no toppings, except for the massive heap of pickled onions. Too much for the amount of everything else in the bowl. Nothing had any flavor except the pickles. The amount of dressing was piddly, so it wasn't enough, the tiny container wasn't even full. There was hardly any chicken which is an extra 3.00. And as bad and flavorless as that was, the pitayay bowl was even worse. There was no flavor in anything. The dragonfruit base had no flavor. It was all ice. The pineapple was canned, not fresh for a company that says they are all about fresh food. The banana was mushy and over ripe. The granola was stale. Such a disappointment. How is this place still open? Will not be going there again! I can make these at home and they taste so much better. My husband and I split what we got today and he said they weren't worth the price and he said they were flavorless as well, it actually made him sick....

I have been a long term customer at Bowled. I order the same thing all the time, tumeric sunrise no banana sub romaine. Always same price. KIELY or Keely not sure of the spelling, self-proclaimed manager onsite in the absence of the real manager was rude, condescending, arrogant and lacked any customer service skills whatsoever. When I told her the upcharge she suggested was never the case she told me I could leave. She offered no reinbursement of my payment and when I asked for a refund she gave me a slip of paper with $0.00 on it with no evidence of a refund to my account. I looked on my account. My family, my friends and I have been long term customers. This youthful, arrogant girl owes me an apology. Any good service provider would have cared about customer satisfaction. She lost Bowl in Schenectady, a former loyal customers and others will follow too due to her youthful foolishness...

I go to bowled almost 7days a week. I usually go to the Troy location but I went to the gym in schdy this morning so I stopped by bowled in schdy. Thought I would sit in eat my bowl and finish up a quick project on my labtop. I asked if there was WiFi available for customers she said “no” with an attitude. I said when I ordered the bowl I was eating in she packaged it up anyway. There’s a lady with red hair that works here who is extremely rude and rushy. Why wouldn’t WiFi be available to a customer most establishments (Troy bowled location included) offer WiFi for paying customers. I felt completely offended. Like I didn’t even want the bowl anymore. Do not go here stop in Troy or Scotia. Schenectady location is ghetto.

I ordered a regular açaí bowl with coconut flakes. Are these flakes? Or just a rushed bowl thrown together so she can get back to gossiping ? Never again so...
