Basically to sum this up the customer service was HORRIBLE. Despite our food and whole entire order being messed up not once but twice. The person they call their “manager” Butchie has no business being a part of the food industry or in customer service. Since my family’s food got messed up twice and I had to drive back and fourth, when I called again, I made it clear that I wasn’t coming back out but that I was very upset and inconvenienced. The employee working reassured me she was busy and had caught her mistake and was going to refund the money for the cheesy bread and re- make our sandwiches. We told her we weren’t driving back again! She advised us she would make a note on the account and also grab a pen and paper to write down all the information she needed to relay the message to this “manager” and he was supposed to give us a call but instead we had to call him and then when we spoke with this guy he was rude, inconsiderate, he kept speaking over me I couldn’t get a WORD in, stated he would leave me on hold all day if I called back, said that what we were telling him was “magical” he kept using the word “magical” as if we are liars and made this up. He complained he was sick and didn’t feel good and will hang up on me and doesn’t care to meet or fulfill their end of the bargain. He said the person who told me that they would refund us and remake the food is in training and it’s basically our loss. I wish I could give this place a ZERO!! Ditto to all the posts on here that had horrible experience... I feel for you. And we called CORPORATE, just waiting to hear back. I can’t believe how many complaints this location has or these managers. Unreal. And at this point it’s totally the principle... I will not be made out to feel as if I’m begging for money back or food because that’s the last thing I have to do but me and my family will be respected and...
Read moreSECOND EDIT: (A different order, and likely our last) The past few times we ordered, the driver either forgot to give us something from our order and had to come back, or something was wrong with it. It's SO hard to get a hold of them on the phone, and several times they said they'd get the manager and just put the phone down forever. This time, we ordered bone-in wings with mild sauce and we got what I think are boneless ones (we never order them from here), they basically looked like mini chicken nuggets with sauce on them (I'll share a picture). Something is almost always wrong with our order and it's very frustrating. I don't know if they're under-staffed or something but its getting kinda nuts. I know working in the service industry can be rough, but man...I've never had a place get so many of my orders incorrect.
Edit: (we ordered a separate time and this was a different order). We get the tater tots all the time and they're usually good, but this time there was almost no cheese on them and they were basically just loose in the box. They used to have enough cheese to hold them together, this time they were just loose with two small bits of cheese in the entire box and the rest was just like this picture. (Another edit: there was no cheese on the tots. I thought I saw cheese in the box, but those were onions.)
We order from this location all the time and while it frequently takes a little while, we're okay with it. this time, they quoted 2 and a half hours for delivery AFTER we placed the order, and once we got our order after just short of three hours, one of our pies was under-cooked. After all that time, we hoped that everything would be just right. We also keep asking for contactless delivery and that...
Read moreI rarely write negative reviews, but unfortunately, this experience was really disappointing. I placed an order at 2:45 PM with a quoted delivery time of 24–30 minutes. I completely understand that delays can happen — things get busy, and that’s okay — but timely communication makes a big difference.
After waiting 45 minutes, I called the store and was told the order would take another 30 minutes. I appreciated the update and politely suggested that in the future, a heads-up about delays would be helpful for customers. My order was finally delivered at 4:14 PM. The pizza boxes arrived squished, and all four sauces I ordered were missing. Not a huge deal — I just called to request a refund for the missing items.
When I called back, I calmly explained the situation and even made it clear that I understood it wasn’t the employee’s fault. My husband and I are regular Domino’s customers, usually opting for pickup, but we were both sick and decided to go with delivery this time to be courteous. Unfortunately, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. I asked for a refund for the missing sauces and respectfully shared feedback about the experience, but her tone and attitude were unnecessarily harsh. She told me she couldn’t issue a refund herself but that her manager would handle it when they returned. When I asked if I could receive a confirmation call, she responded with more attitude, which left me feeling frustrated after trying to remain respectful throughout.
The food was mediocre, and the customer service really missed the mark. I understand everyone has tough days, but when a customer is being polite and reasonable, it’s not too much to expect the...
