I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Union St. McDonald's. After placing my order through the app, I waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes, along with about 10 other cars. When I finally reached the window, I was asked to pull around and wait further. 25 minutes later, a staff member came out and asked for my receipt again because they had forgotten my order. She then brought out my bag but had forgotten the two large fries.
When she went back inside to retrieve them, she accidentally locked herself out of the building. After waiting another 15 minutes, I decided to leave to prevent the rest of the food from going cold. Once home, I discovered that my fish filet was drowning in tartar sauce, one McChicken was open and lying at the bottom of the bag, and both 10-piece nugget orders only contained 9 nuggets each.
I ended up throwing away everything but the nuggets. I paid $30 for 18 nuggets and two sodas. The staff at this location are severely under-trained, making this a painful experience to watch and endure. I will not be returning to the Union...

So we went through the drive thru and we were told hold on a moment. Well after waiting what seemed to be about 15 minutes or more and saying hello a few times and no one responded back via headset. So then we drove up to the pick up window and were asked did you guys place an order and we said we would like to place one here then we were told well if you want to place in order you will have to go back at the end of the line again and wait. Mind you, the drive thru line at this point was 5 cars long wrapped around the building. Myself I have worked at Wendys for 6 years so I know all about the fast food industry inside and outside, backwards and forwards. You are suppose to be able to serve both inside the restaurant and drive thru at the same time and keep drive thru times down. THIS LOCATION ALWAYS SEEMS TO HAVE BAD DAYS. I promised I would no longer purchase anything at this location. Well, I did. This time I got home and the order was completely wrong. A simple double cheeseburger only Mac sauce and a large fry. Bun wasn't toasted,, Got home. Had only ketchup, and fry was in a medium holder and a small at best. Come on!! So, back to the McDonald's I go. Had receipt and food. The manager actually asked and stated they would need the food back. Completely fine with me, it was wrong anyway. I never heard of them asking for food back. Normally they say to throw it away. Nope not here. After showing my receipt and giving the awful food back I still got an attitude.
