Taco Bell — Restaurant in City of Schenectady

We went to the newer Taco Bell on State Street near Balltown Rd... they messed up my order 2 times in a row‼️

I ordered the Chicken Chalupa supreme luxe box. Instead of giving me chicken they gave me steak the first time AND the second time after we told them about the mistake! I did not check the second time to see if they gave me chicken because the manager made my second Chalupa himself. I went straight home to eat and did not go back out because it is pouring rain out. I thought the manager would actually fix my order, not repeat the same mistake. The manager is always rude and evet since they got rid of the Taco Bell on Balltown Rd I don't go anymore.

Honestly management should probably take a look at this store, its a new location, it should be doing a lot better than this. They constantly forget items to your order or give you the wrong order then want charge you for it. When I can back to get the right order I waited for 20 mins, the rest of the food was already cold.

Staff talk badly about customer behind the back, very unprofessional. Food its not cooked thoroughly, especially when they're busy. Staff were handling food with no gloves. There is not oversight, manager was no were to be seen. They can't handle a medium-sized order.

Ever since you opened up your new store, the quality of the food has went down so bad second time I’ve been there and disappointed first time no meat no sour cream on my taco Supremes second time I do not think you guys are draining the grease out of your meat you’re doing something wrong.
