Sat at the drive thru intercom for 5 minutes at 9 p.m. in which nobody asked for my order. I then drove around to the front to find the doors locked which i understand that they lock the doors after a certain time but keep the drive thru open. I then called and a girl answered. I asked her if they were open in which she said yes.i then asked why nobody took my order at tge intercom after i sat tgere for 5 minutes. She stated that the buzzer did not go off and that sometimes it doesnt go off to alert them. I then asked for her first name in which she asked me why i wanted it. I told her it was so i can report her for not doing her job. Her exact words were "i was in the bathroom and didnt have the head set on, you cant report me for being in the bathroom" ummm...hello, you just told me the buzzer didnt work now youre telling me you didnt have the headset on and that you were in the bathroom!!?? Needless to say she refused to give me her name which isnt an issue because im sure her manager knows she was working the shift tonight. I will be calling in the morning to let her manager know. This location just lost my business due to an ignorant employee whom refused to give me her name and also lied about the reason i did not get my order taken at the drive thru after waiting...
Read morewent through the drive thru on Velasko road in Syracuse. The wait was extremely long when there was only one car ahead of me. No customers were in the store. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel. With a coffee. As I’m driving home I took a look at the sandwich and it was egg and cheese on poppy seed. Which is not what I ordered. I then drove back to the store and spoke to the girl who took my order and told her she charged me for something I didn’t get and the sandwich was completely wrong. She and the manager or supervisors began arguing with me and I asked her (three times) to replace the sandwich and she refused and told me she was calling her father to come meet me at the store. She then got on the phone to I assume call her father and ignored me and I told them I will call corporate to report this. Read moreplaced my order and asked about using the restroom because the ladies restroom had sign on it stating staff only. I was told that I could use restroom and that they are open. I proceeded to ladies restroom door and a worker began yelling that its for staff only. I tried to explain that I had jusr asked about it and she said use men's cutting me off. Afterwards I went to get drinks and was near trash mixing 2 coolattas into 1 cup. Then proceeded to door and stopped to use hand sanitizer and was asked rudely what was taking so long. I was walking out the door to leave and a staff member was making rude comments about me needing to use sanitizer before leaving, just extremely rude. When you work in customer service you should be kind to the customers because without them you'd be jobless. I will not be returning to dunkin donuts for a while, i will never return to this one.
