Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Syracuse

I bought 3 dozen donuts to take to a work function. I told the young lady that they were for a work function, yet she proceeded to throw them in boxes, grab them so as to poke her finger through the softer glazed donuts and when reaching for the boston cremes to fill in the 3 boxes, stack them in her hand so that these delicate pastries lost their chocolate topping and were crushed, with their custard oozing out the filling hole. I nicely pointed out the damaged ones and she became snotty and started removing these and flinging them in the garbage, replacing them with newly damaged ones because she was consistently careless and in a hurry. When I again gently reminded her these were for a work function, she hatefully replied, "I can't help it. They're too soft, so my fingers go right through them." She sealed the boxes and gave them to me. I took them to my car, opened them and was shocked at the condition. THEN I GOT MAD. I went inside, gave her back the 3 dozen and demanded my money back. I have been polite when trainees have messed up my coffee order, I have been understanding when The breakfast sandwich I waited 15 minutes for was lukewarm...but this was the end. This DD branch is open until 12:00 midnight and close to my home, but all that cannot make up for sheer hateful, lazy indifference. If you must go to DD, go to another one. Better yet, find...

I have been a loyal customer of Dunkin' Donuts on James Street for quite some time now, and I cannot express enough how exceptional my experience has been each and every day.

Every afternoon , like clockwork, I visit this Dunkin' Donuts pick up my coffee, and without fail, the two incredible women who work there make my day brighter. Their dedication to providing outstanding service goes above and beyond my expectations.

Not only do they consistently get my coffee just right, but they do so with a smile that never fades. Their positive attitude and genuine kindness make my afternoon routine a pleasure. It's evident that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction.

I believe that exemplary service deserves recognition, and I sincerely hope that Dunkin' Donuts acknowledges the outstanding efforts of these two remarkable individuals. They truly embody the spirit of excellent customer service, and I am grateful for their hard work and dedication. They deserve more than just a pat on the back; they deserve a raise. Ordered a mobile walk-in pick up order in advance and both doors were locked due to short staffing.

Ended up waiting for half an hour outside the store before catching anyone's attention and trying to call without getting through, before finally being told that I would need to walk the busy drive-thru to pick up my order. (I walked over to the store as I live super close by and was not in a vehicle and am also eight months pregnant. This ended up in me not picking up my order, because of obvious safety reasons.)

Totally understand and sympathize with being short staffed as I also work in food service myself, but the lack of communication and no attempt to apologize or make up for the situation made this a never again stop. Highly recommend finding a way to turn off walk-in mobile ordering, if staffing...
