What a shame that in todays world there is a complete lack of empathy, consideration, and professionalism. Yesterday morning I waited in the drive thru watching car after car pull away before ordering. I continued to wait. Once at the ordering location, I was met with complete silence for at least 3 minutes. I said "hello!" twice and finally an employee said, "I'll be with you in a minute, I'm the only one here." After another long wait I was asked what I wanted to order. OK, sometimes things happen beyond our control. Having 1 person on staff, assuming someone called in or didn't show, assuming there were probably 2 additional staff that were supposed to be there, is unacceptable. One person can not be expected to run the entire operation during the morning rush hour. Although the working employee was doing her best to run the entire show, obviously it wasn't working well. Where was the Manager, Owner? I frequent this location on a fairly regular basis, as a Manager myself, I realize nothing is ever perfect but I also realize when there is a serious problem. Perhaps taking a look at Management, working conditions, and training procedures could help? I would have been happier had there been a sign posted that they were closed temporarily due to staff shortages. One person should never be expected to run a location by themselves. Kudos to her for trying but considering we are in Dunkin territory and every location is busy every day, I think something better...
Read moreI use to enjoy going to this particular DD but I have to tell you, this was the absolutely worst service I've ever had to endure from a bunch of females so much into their conversations that they could care less about the customer. They were rude, completely unprofessional and just down right nasty. They were careless in everything they've done. They were gossiping so loud they I had to hit the window hard enough to get their attention and at that point they made mentioned they should call security, which I've would have loved if they did. And in that way the manager, supervisor or whomever is over them would have gotten involved.
As a paying customer, I should be able to get services without attitudes. Not to mention, they got my drink wrong, which I found out later, because I'd asked for almond milk, which I did not get. I asked for something else, they gave me something other, and they gave me attitude along with it.
I typically give people the benefit of the doubt, but not these females. They really need to get trained again on how to treat people. The time was approximately 1:45PM, March 28th. I will NEVER return to this store. And I would advise other people who have experience this type of...
Read moreStaff need better training, processes need to be overhauled. Ordered on the app so my order would be ready when I arrived. Coffee is always ready but they often just assume every coffee is for the drive thru rather than reading WALK IN on the label, it's literally the first line. So sometimes I have to wait just to get someone's attention and then point out that they have my coffee over by the DT window instead of the walk in counter. Also frustrating: if I order a donut or muffin it's NEVER ready because apparently the system doesn't print out food orders the way it prints coffee labels. Almost every time, I have to go back in the line with other customers who didn't order ahead, to ask for my donut or muffin. This isn't rocket science, they should be able to figure this out. Pandemic, Labor shortage, Yada Yada Yada, been over 2 years now, that's not an...
