Wow, so I must say that after spending 5 months in and around Philly this past year this Cheesesteak is better than most spots in that area and is up there with the greats (Angelo's South Philly, Del Rossi's, Uncle Gus'Steaks, Gazzo's). Absolutely phenomenonal!
The Ribeye Steak is great quality, it's cooked and seasoned just the way it ought to be. The Onions are bigger than most spots but they tasted awesome and were cooked perfectly. The Cooper Sharp American Cheese really ties it all together, the ratios are on point! I usually like a more well done roll with a lot of seeds like Corropolese Bakery but I had zero complaints about the Sarcone's Roll, I actually really enjoyed it. The Fries were cooked to perfection and salted properly.
Please everyone be patient and let them get everything in place properly. When they open up Full Time I think the place is still going to be super busy!
The building is really comfortable, the food is bomb, and the customer service is phenomenonal! I drove from Potsdam, NY which is close to 2 hours and 45 minutes or 150 mile drive and I will...
Read moreSaw this joint from a foodie review on Tic Toc - my algorithm is spot on. The place was busy and I was a bit concerned that most were waiting and did not have thier food. But, it was only a short wait and as you can see it was solid. The true test was my buddy from Philly - a cheesesteak aficionado. The menu is simple - 3 items that day! Cheesesteak and fries. We ate half our subs as they were huge. Super cheesy with tender beef and onions, man they were good. Fries were crisp and seasoned right. Philly guy review - as good as they come!! Went out and had a few that night - made a great late night snack!! *they only have ketchup, no...
Read moreHigh-quality ingredients and truly authentic flavor. You can tell there’s a lot of love and skill behind every sandwich. The owner even goes all the way to Philadelphia just to get his bread — that dedication says everything about the care he puts into his food.
The sandwich was huge and full of flavor, the fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, and the hushpuppies were fantastic. On top of that, the owner is a fantastic guy — friendly, passionate, and clearly takes pride in what he does.
Easily one of the best spots in Syracuse if you want an authentic cheesesteak made with real care...
