I came here because I saw rave reviews elsewhere about the laid back atmosphere and the Sunday brunch. I wasn't disappointed! The bar makes no apologies for the decor (no question it's a gay bar) and the bartender, Kenny, was very friendly and attentive. The other patrons were clearly at ease and equally friendly with Kenny and with me as a newcomer. Menu was limited at 11pm, but I got a plate of chicken tenders (Kenny was kind enough to give a bowl of chips as well) and they were fantastic (and the honey mustard sauce was quite tasty)! Read moreThis neighborhood gem is making almost everything from scratch, and priced far lower than one might expect. While it is primarily a bar, the food makes it worth a special trip across town. The fries and cheese sauce are the best I've had in Syracuse. The house made ranch dressing is exceptional. The desserts are fun and inventive. While the kitchen is best known for their brunches, I recommend going on other days as well.
