I’ve not once gotten good service at this particular establishment. Something is always wrong, something is always out or something goes wrong. They continuously run out of specific bagels, especially the ones that are uniquely used on sandwiches and whatnot. Donuts I’m not too worried about, but whenever I’d have a hankering for a specific one they’d have run out. I’ve also been contradicted numerous times about breakfast sandwiches. Some days I can get no egg on my 2 for $4 bagel sandwich, other days I can’t…?!
I was going to this Tim’s once a day for a month since I live within walking distance. I’ve never had a company screw up my order so many times in one month. Countless times I’ve gone through the drive-thru before work and gotten a coffee only to get a smaller size instead of what I ordered. The first couple times I thought it a fluke and didn’t realize until I’d gotten down the road, then I needed to stop and tell them to get me the correct size.
The employees can barely grasp the concept of their job. I’ve had cashiers turn their back to me and start making coffee after helping someone and there is a line. Employees talking to each other or on their phones while a line of customers wait to order. If they were properly trained perhaps my orders wouldn’t be screwed up all the time.
The icing on the cake came last week when my roommates and I went to get breakfast. We each ordered the 2 for $4 on bagels. One set comes up, another set comes up and we watch the guy making the food clear 3 orders and then walk off. I’m left sandwich-less. I wait for a five minutes, thinking he might have run out of sausage or bagels or something and he returns to make someone else’s order. Needless to say I went to the counter, asked for a refund. I was nearly denied that as this Tim’s doesn’t like to hand you the receipt when you finish paying. They instead throw it away or leave it attached to the printer. I got my money back and vowed never to return to this...
Read moreThis place has been atrocious, every time I have visited. Only one occasion, this time, that I actually entered the business. A serious let down. I left without even ordering anything. Partially BC I was never even acknowledged. Secondly, and most importantly, would be and employee at a table, assumably he was either management or the store owner, Ripping apart the young lady he was interviewing. It was horrible! Such a letdown. He acted as if he owned her, like she was a piece of his property. That he could actually degrade her and let her know how she was NOT going to behave, had he even offered her the position! I really wish I knew how to owner of this location. They should be made aware of his condescending behavior and evil tone. What's more, is everyone else that worked there, never even raised an eyebrow Towards the treatment he put out for this young lady. Apparently they are just like the rest of his robots, and afraid to help themselves, or others sinking in...
Read moreTried to beat the drive thru by going to the counter. The guy ahead of me said that he had been waiting for 10 minutes. Creamer was leaking all over the counter and on to the floor. The ice-cap machine was leaking on to the floor. Crud was on the floor which needed to be swept up. The drive-thru girl apologized saying that the guy behind the counter that was helping me had never been trained on how to run the counter alone or how to close. She was only 16 and pretty much had to "manage" the restaurant. I couldn't get too frustrated with them. Oh, and the two coffees that I ordered were made incorrectly. I was a couple of miles down the road by the time that we realized it, so it was pretty much two large cups of...
