Please read, worst service of my LIFE!!! A group of us want for Father's Day, I ordered scallops and shrimp from the habachi. I was served just the shrimp! I asked others in my party if I didn't order properly. They thought I was possibly misunderstood. When my bill came it included the scallops. I went immediately to my waiter for a correction and was told to wait. He returned and told me I was served the scallops. I pointed out the gentleman that was and showed the staff my to-go box with the shrimp. Then I was told by 2 other employees I was paying for the scallops and the bill in full!!! The people in my party also explained I did not receive the scallops. I said I would gladly pay for the food served but nothing more. Finally another staff person assisted me and he was told if he didn't charge me the ENTIRE BILL he was going to have to pay the difference himself. He agreed to it after inspecting my to go container and speaking to the others in my party. What bussiness does this to their own staff? Please do not eat here. Support a bussi ness that treats people with deceny!!! In my life, 54 yrs never have I ever been treated in such an unprofessional manner! The staff person, that finally after 30mins, helped me admitted the restaurant has had many issues recently!!! No doubt with thier atrocious service. Never again will I patronize there!!! Nor should you. Beyond disrespectful! I paid over $40 for an average meal and far below average treatment that was outright disrespectful! I am an educated professional, I can't imagine how others have been treated and bullied into paying for food they never received or far worse, forced their staff to pay for food NEVER SERVED. They were literally YELLING at him, telling him he had to charge me and he refused! Please take your money eat some place else. There are far better and far more professional establishments that deserve...

Detailed Review: Last week, my wife and I joined another couple for dinner at 1025 Ruyi Japanese Steak House, and as always, the overall experience was satisfying. The restaurant maintains its vibrant, high-energy ambiance, especially around the hibachi grills, which makes it a fun choice for group dining or celebratory outings.
The food was consistent with what we’ve come to expect—delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. The chef provided an entertaining performance at the grill, which added to the evening’s enjoyment. From the quality of the meat to the well-seasoned rice and vegetables, every dish was flavorful and satisfying.
However, it’s worth noting that the prices have noticeably increased, which might catch returning guests off guard. Additionally, a gratuity fee is automatically added to the bill for parties of four or more. For transparency, the total for just my wife and me came out to around $90, which included the gratuity and no alcoholic beverages. While the cost is on the higher end, the quality and service still made the experience worthwhile.
Overall, 1025 Ruyi remains a solid choice for Japanese steakhouse dining in the area. Just be sure to review your receipt closely if you’re dining with a group and budget accordingly for the...
Read moreWe were seated quickly, with menus by the host. The host was very polite and helpful. We didn't see our server for approximately 20, at which time, he took our drink order, didn't bring them for another 20 minutes. The restaurant was not busy, in fact some of the staff were just sitting around doing nothing. The server dropped off our drinks, and walked away. We were ready to order but didn't have the chance to say so. He finally returned approximately 15 min later, took the order, and walked off. He quickly returned with our soup and salads. We waited 25 min. more for our entrees. They were terrible! The fried rice was old, cold, and very dry. The teriyaki dishes were flavorless, the vegetables were raw, and the meat was severely undercooked. My son ordered the sushi, and it was like convenient store quality. It had a funky smell and taste. So, bottom line is, we spent $175 that they automatically added an 18% tip to, and left it all on the table. Wasted more than 2 hours of my life, I'll never get back and good money on rotten food. I'll never go again, or recommend that anyone go. Oh, almost forgot the chef side tables. They whack those knives so hard on the stove top the noise gave me a headache. The noise is exceptionally loud, overbearing, to say the least. NO handicap...
