Even though many of us have set aside rational discourse in the public arena, completely abjure large swaths of common sense, and gave loose our completely capable free thinking cognitive minds in the form of fear, or other selfish reasons to the largest corporations known to man, corporations that hold the largest criminal court settlements in history regarding "health", there is still a place you can go to empower yourself, to re awaken yourself, and above all to liberate yourself from the dominate stranglehold of the med_ical cartels laughing their happy posteriors to the bank. Literally. If you want to make changes in your life because you know something just isn't right, look in the mirror, get your ordure together, then go to the mustard seed and start the journey of empowerment. I was up in the area for an unrelated appointment, and whenever I visit new places, I like to check out the health food stores. This one didn't disappoint. Large selection of refrigerated foods, and the bulk food section was amazing. I was there in the late afternoon, and an associate who helped me find a supplement suggested trying out Dave's chicken noodle soup in their Cafe. I liked the soup, just a bit too salty for my taste. Loved the cafe seating set up in a back sun room (enclosed). I noticed that some, not all, of the products seemed overpriced. I would definitely stop in again when I am in the area again. The staff were informative and friendly, and the employee offered to sign me up for their loyalty rewards, and gave the option of bags, or offered to put my items into a box- reuse, recycle ♻️ 😀 I accepted, and cat promptly took over the box when it was unpacked at home. My family and I can’t say enough great things about Mustard Seed. Every time we come into town and we want something fresh, healthy, fast, and delicious…we know to go to Mustard Seed. When we’re looking for quality supplements, we go to Mustard Seed. When we’re looking for organic grocery options that other stores don’t carry, we go to Mustard Seed.

With all of that said, my family decided to have Mustard Seed cater an event for around 40-50 people. We were very happy with how all of the food came out! Everything was fresh and delicious!
