We ordered food threw BK to be delivered. We didn’t receive our complete order so we called and SANDY informed me I would have to waste gas to drive and get what they forgot or pay again to have it delivered. When I asked for a refund on what they forgot she said “they don’t do that” so apparently at this location when they screw up you have to be inconvenienced. If they double charged me they would refund me, but when I didn’t receive my full order they can’t. While still talking she thought it was okay to hang up on me because I wasn't satisfied with how the situation was to be resolved. When I say that I wanted a refund for the product that was missing it was $4.00 out of a $37.00 order, I wasn't asking for a full refund, I just don't want to pay for an item that I didn't receive. Read moreVery unhappy over the way a manager treated me today, giving me unnecessary anxiety when I used the online deal for any size fry for a purchase over $1. I made sure to tell the cashier that I wanted a large fry she and confirmed that's what I'd be recieving. Then I asked for a sauce which YOU SHOULD ALWAYS GET ONE PER PURCHASE! The manager yelled from behind the cashier at me and argued that I'd have to pay for a singular sauce! Then when i left I realized checking my bag I got a small fry so I had to turn around and walk inside to face her yet again greeted with attitude, arguing with me. I simply wanted to trade the untouched small for the large. I hope in the future she can learn better customer service skills because I am now stressed out and this did not need to be an upsetting...

Told me to cancel my order and just order through the drive thru. So they could charge me twice. Ended up not eating there last night. Blamed the "computer being slow" and also wanted us to wait 10 minutes for the order to show up for them. Also wanted to argue "are you sure you didn't order for the state street one?" When I literally told her the store number on the receipt. Ended up calling customer care to get my order refunded (we'll see). Definitely suggest the one on state a but further up the road. Their soda machine is also almost always not calibrated right and you get colored...
