Now let me tell you about this little cafe, located in the down lake street heading towards West Harrison… I’ve been to this establishment several times along my route. In the morning for coffee, bananas and more coffee. But never have I ever ate here…till last month. Around this time 2pm in the afternoon I was craving a taco (which I knew Eddie’s Little Cafe most definitely make) along with other delicious Mexican delights. I just never knew what everything tasted like. Because let it be known I’ve tasted majority of White Plains’s Taco scene… ONLY ONE PLACE CURRENTLY REIGNS SUPREME…. Which I have yet to review. Till now..: Not only does Eddie’s Little Cafe crafts the most beautiful taco.. but their “Chorizo/2 egg scramble with home fries breakfast tacos” literally will satisfy anyone craving a breakfast taco. Perfect for brunch, perfect for a quick lunch. This homemade meal I order was and is a force to be reckon with. Because it IS MADE …with professionalism, “homemade-ism”,… it just tastes really freaking good and I was hungry! I still have a few hours delivering mail along my route but damn I AM SATISFIED for now…till dinner… PLUS DONT FORGET THE SAUCES!!! Please support the locals!!

Came here for brunch and ordered the breakfast tacos. I added chorizo to mine and it was very worth it! The tacos were delicious and I feel just the right amount of full after eating them. The onions and cilantro were freshly chopped and crisp and everything tasted super authentic and fresh. The staff are friendly and efficient too. There is only one small bar area for seating so it’s probably better to order everything for takeout if you have more than 2-3 people. I also ordered a tropi-kale juice to go and it was quite tasty and refreshing as well. It’s a small, authentic Latin-American food spot that you could easily walk by and miss out on. I would def recommend it.

Good Mexican food, not expensive, prepared with care. Not a lot of room to eat inside, but theres a table outside, good place to grab a quick bite, especially breakfast. Horchata drink is made with actual rice. Tomales are pretty good. Only concern is that meat is cooked to be stringy and dry inside tacos and tamales. Update: the dryness of meat is easily fixed with the lime juice and hot sauces that come with tacos. Their beef tacos are actually delicious.

My lady and I went to this cafe after walking past it many times. I was looking for new places near where I live. The reviews on the google page were impressive for 4.8. Now I know why. We got a Strawberry banana Smoothie, breakfest sandwich, chicken sandwich, and chicken wrap. everything was incredible, better than the average Deli or Cafe. great Hashbrowns and bacon. I had to give 5 stars. not only for the good quality, but because they accommodated an item. I got a drink we didn't like cuz it was very healthy. when we told them this they said they can replace it with another strawberry banana. It doesn't seem it be something they do often and we appreciated it immensely. They suggested to give the drink that wasnt our taste to another regular patron. so many people were happy. I will for sure be...
