Capis pizza — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

A loyal customer until today . I ordered a personal 12” pie with boneless wings . My pie came extremely messed up after 40 mins . I called back immediately ( for the first time ) to complain & was told I would be given a new pie . That the delivery person was on the way to get it . I took pictures for proof just in case & threw the pizza away . Instead of receiveing a new pie even after sending pictures I was told I can’t receive a new pie until the old one was received. Even was asked to dig in the garbage & retrieve it . I had a young child in the house starving to eat & only had 10 boneless wings . Terrible customer service for a loyal customer whos never called to complain or ask for a refund & had just spend almost 25$ for...

Made an order at 3pm over the phone & was told it would be ready in 20mins, got there at 3:30 & the food was not even started & the lady at the front was having casual conversation. When the meal was actually done the personal pizza was a lot smaller than it should have been so she said she would give me $1 off. I asked if I could get a better discount then that being that I was spending nearly $40 for 3 items. She smugly stated she'll just make it over then gave the original pizza away for free to someone making a $8 purchase. I waited over an hour for her to make a new pizza & it wasn't even good after going through all that to get it, it was like cardboard with cheese. Last time I spend any money...

I ordered 2 gyros, 1lamb and 1 chicken, the amount of meat on the gyros was terrible. It was 3 long skinny pieces of lamb and a small chicken breast chopped up. The owner was rude about it and said that's how they make it, well that sure doesn't make a customer happy. There has been numerous owners of this place because the quality and quantity of their food sucks and this is why they can't keep their doors open. Too many people have gone there and have said the same thing. There will be new owners soon trust that, also because myself or family and friends will never order...
