Ashburton Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

Ordered my last pie from here about 2 weeks ago. Seem like when I get delivery I get a premade pizza pie! If I get extra cheese why isn't the cheese all the same, when I get it the cheese is on top of everything like if you get extra cheese on just a slice of pizza. Not to mention I really don't like their sauce. I also notice that the puffy part of the crust is always hard and crispy with no soft bread/dough in the crust with Ashburton, if I reheat a slice, it is always hard and dried out, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but after getting my Silvio's pie last night with their soft doughy crust, I know Ashburton has been delivering pre/already made pizzas to me, I am disgusted by them now!!. I'm switching permanently to Silvio's, I got a pie from them last night that reminded me of what pizza is suppose to taste like...bye...

Small pizza shop, but the pizza was great and the employees were very nice. My friend was traveling and had a long trip ahead of her. She, and her two kids wanted to get a bite before heading back on the road. When we went in it was close to closing time, they were happy to make a whole pie and we ate it there in the store. They never rushed us or anything like that. seeing that they wanted to close, we obviously didn't linger longer than it took to get the kids and everyone fed, but still, they didn't make us feel rushed or uncomfortable. I would like to say that ashburton pizzeria is a great place to have a family meal throughout the week and it's affordable not only that the owner of the restaurant he is such a kind man I told him that my son's dad passed away in the fire in Brooklyn and that his dad always brought him Sicilian pizza so even though the store was busy he listened to my story and he said that's the pizza and that was very kind of him see it's not the quality of the food it's your involvement with your community and how you treat the people within your community and I'm a black person and he's a white man and he's just as kind as you can ever want...
