Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

Pizza was cold , it’s very unprofessional to deliver pizza three hours late , who waits for pizza for three hours? , I ordered at 9pm and the delivery guy left dominos at 11:01 pm , I live literally very closely which is only a 5-10 minute drive from the This location. I could have picked up my pizza but I am pregnant and cannot go outside due to the conditions which is why I ordered. Do you know what time the delivery guy arrived? Kevin Mejia arrived at exactly 11:33 . They said they would not be doing contact delivery so I left a note for him to leave it behind my screen door , yet he still tried to me that they were not doing door to door service so that means that I would have to go outside and have contact with him, he was very rude and very late I trust that you adress this issue. Pizza was squashed on the inside, with a ton of sauce which I specifically asked for them not to put my pizza was burnt all around the crust I’m not even hungry any more . I had to reheat all of my food . I have pictures . This is the worst service I have ever gotten. Also called to discuss this before putting in this complain but they didn’t answer. Oh yeah and how did I ask for a cheese pizza and a Olivea magically appeared on it , my niece is allergic to olives I am so lucky I seen it before I gave it to her . I have been ordering from this location for years and delivery time have been excellent. Until a few weeks ago and specially today. On the phone app it stated that delivery was 53-60 mins. I called before I placed the order and asked the reason for the extended or abnormal waiting time (1 hour), the female staff that answered the phone was honest enough and mentioned that the culprit was the lack of delivery staff. I accepted and ordered online knowing the waiting time. However, 2 hours elapsed and I decided to call to track it, the staff said they called me to deliver it... I find it awkward as I am sitting in my living room where I have 6 feet bay windows and paying attention to any traffic outside and cellphone on my hands.

I could/would accept any excuses BUT stating that they called me and I didn’t pickup the call and didn’t deliver because of it, that’s very irresponsible and fallacious. Never mind that My kids and wife were waiting for it... constantly asking me for the delivery status and me constantly looking to the cellphone.

Let’s assume they called and I didn’t pick the call, how many calls do they perform? I detest the fact that a liar stated that I didn’t pick up. Domino’s Pizza, you are deleted from my phone due to a bad service and because of a liar. Accept the mistake and keep earning a customers trust... while doing it, don’t let the...

Messed up my order, had to drive back (which I’ll admit I should have checked knowing Dominos since they always screw up) they asked me to wait ten minutes to remake the proper order, after twenty minutes I asked for a refund and got shrugged off/ignored and was asked to wait a little longer, then was told there was a mixup and to wait a little longer again, after thirty minutes I asked for a refund again and was ignored. Was in there for 40 minutes for 8 pieces of wings. Absolutely pathetic and ridiculous. On top of the fact I could barely understand them because they spoke only half English and the ones that sounded like they spoke English mumbled/slurred. OH and you guys need to update your credit card system. Kid asked for my zip code and it wouldn’t work even though this card is used daily and I’m always asked for the zip code and it has never changed, forcing me to have to get cash. I seriously don’t even know how dominos is still around. I only got it because I haven’t had it in a while and didn’t feel like cooking. Clearly you guys have not improved at all over...
