El Cazador — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

Just left this place. First off, food was pretty good. We all had tortas i have no complaints about the food. We went to pay and the bill was a bit high from what i expected. The menu said 6$ per torta, 6.50$ per cemita and 8$ for a cubana. We ordered 2 cemitas, 1 torta, 1 cubana and 1 taco so when the total came to 41$ i was very confused. I went to recheck the menu and i told the young girl at the counter i was overcharged. She immediately got defensive and said in a rather RUDE tone, the prices in the receipt are not the same as the menu. She said if you wanna complain talk to the owner im not the boss and hes never here. They then say the menus are being "changed". This is no way to run a business! The waitress did not inform us before we placed our order about the "price change". This is the last time ill be coming here. (FYI my family and i came all the way from Jamaica Queens) Note to owner, please print out temporary menus with actual prices until you fix your hard copies. Second speak to your staff about being rude to customers, this is probably why the place is...

Revolving door w it’s waitresses (now hiring a waitress) this one In Particular was inattentive (mind u we are party of 3 and we’re fairly quick to order and the only ppl there) she didn’t introduce herself and seemed rather annoyed that she had to wait on us ...only asked for drinks once the whole meal .... very quick to pick up the check once we put money down ...maybe she was overwhelmed w to go orders .. but didn’t feel the need to check up on us I’m not one to flag someone down like they are some kinda animal... I’ve been there plenty of times food takes a bit to come out even if just wings ... but on point w drinks usually. today food was decent coulda been hotter chips a bit stale but they are corn chips ... her margarita was excellent ...never caught her name thoo... ITS MY MOTHERS BIRTHDAY! Worst service here ever (not a rag in sight to wipe down tables, they had two big bottles of germ-x other than...

They are rude over the phone. I tried to order food and have it delivered but they said they aren’t doing deliveries right now and if I don’t pick it up then they aren’t going to do the order. Then they told me to hold on and I said okay and then another lady picked up the phone and said “hello?” And I said “yes hi” and she said have you decided what you’re going to do because we aren’t delivering and I’m not going to waste my time doing the food and I said no. She hung up the phone on me before I said anything else. How would I want to go pick up the food with that nasty attitude ? They will decrease in ratings with that...
