Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

This is the worst little caesars ever. STAY AWAY

I Orde food from this location 1st time on June 17th.

I found 3 pieces of hair baked into my food!!!!

It was baked into my pizza. So disgusting

Ruined our appetites! pizza, chicken and bread sticks had to go in the garbage

Not only did I find hair in my food

But this place is a joke as I tried to use the online order service, placed order at 6.35pm Said food will be ready by 6:50 pm, was driving back on highway got there 7.05 pm

The store was empty, no one there, went to pick up food, stupid cashier didn't no what I was talking about, she said they NEVER GOT NOTIFICATION TO MAKE ONLINE ORDER, ALTHOUGH I GOT CHARGED AND GOT CONFIRMATION FOR THE ORDER,

IN ADDITION TO GETTING THE FOOD AT 7:15PM A WHOLE 45 MINS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER, THE CASHIER LITERALLY HAD TO ADD 6+5 ON HER FINGERS, LITERALLY COUNTING OUT LOUD.....

THEN IMAGINE MY SURPRISE TO SEE HAIR BAKED IN FOOD. THIS JUST HAPPENED A FEW MOMENTS AGO, I WISH I CAN HAVE A MANGER CALL ME TO DISCUSS THIS!!!

Worst thing is that the cashier named Giovanni L. gives you a time frame of 10min for pizza to be ready and got it in 19 min but that's not even it there was only ONE person in front of me and NOBODY BEHIND me on line. Customers starts coming in one by one and starts ordering times passes and customers who ordered after me got theirs in 3-5min while I go back in the 10min frame I was giving. The cashier lady tells me "ohh your pizza will be ready in 4min" I go BACK IN again in the next 4min over and still not ready. After almost 20min of waiting I go back inside and she never apologized for the inconvenient delay. People ordered after me and it's not like they ordered online all those people paid at the moment of ordering and there wasn't any pizzas ready at all. So, we all had to wait but I had to wait the longest for ONE pizza pie while other's ordered 1-2 pies and left. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. EMPLOYEES SHOULD START WORKING ON CUSTOMERS ORDERS AS SOON AS THEY ORDER AND BE...

Our experience was okay.The only thing we had a problem with was the fact that we were charged for our sauce for Italian cheese bread and the crazy bread.The young lady that took our order never put any in the bag.We we're just about to leave in our car when we noticed there was no sauce for the breads.We went back in and she was treating us like we just walked in off the street, didn't order anything and wanted sauce for free.In most places when you order something that requires a sauce/dressing,the 1st one is free.If you want extras,then you have to pay for them.Well,she never gave us any sauces at all.We had to purchase them.Why did we have to pay for a sauce that's supposed to come with the product??This was very aggravating and my husband and I were not satisfied...
