Golden Dragon — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

I was given burnt food. My first and last time. Definitely not ordering again. Not only was it mediocre but it was also unacceptable even considering it's a Chinese fast food restaurant (I'll explain why later). The sesame chicken didn't have a lot of flavor and was mostly breading and a tiny bit of chicken, the fried rice was just bland even with soy sauce, and the egg roll just tasted old. But nothing is as terrible as my burnt shrimp toast which is literally unacceptable. This shrimp patty on a piece of bread came black (shown in pictures below). All four of them were burnt. I'm actually disgusted that someone put that in a bag and expected someone to eat it and not be upset about it. This in completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed- you cannot be serving customers burnt food. Everything else I can handle but when you put burnt food in a bag, charge me for it, and send it out... its truly disgusting. If it weren't for this burnt mess shown below, maybe I would consider ordering it again since it does Ubereats but this really made it my first and last time. Unacceptable...

This is probably the worst Chinese spot Ive ever been to. Before when I first moved around the area the food was good it was doable but now each time I go its worst and this time was the last time ill buy there. The ribs tasted spoiled. They gave more rice and barely any meat. When I ordered my crab sticks I thought to myself no way can they mess up crab sticks, and boy was I wrong. The crab sticks was small so you barely tasted it and what I tasted was just flour. The fried was breaking off the crab stick and when you chew it tastes like flour no flavor. The garlic chicken, the regular chicken wings is nasty as well. They charge for sauce and gave a small pack. I don know what changed here maybe after the pandemic but they need to bring it back like...

Hours say open to 11pm. It's 10pm now. I called to place an order and was told the kitchen is closed. I ordered from here last week at 1015pm and was told to pick up in twenty minutes. The place was open at 1045pm last week. This nonsense seems to be all to common with Yonkers eateries lately. And then they complain that business is bad. I'm starting run out of places to not go to anymore due to their sketchy and unreliable business practices. Honestly plan on leaving the state permanently in the next year or so and cannot wait to be rid of this new...
