The food is ok, the owner has a terrible ego and attitude problem , we had an issue in the past over the phone because he doesn’t know how to speak to people respectfully and is very condescending , when he realized we were regulars because we live in the area he apologized and we started going back , tonight we had another issue with him over the phone , we wanted to make a last minute adjustment and since he didn’t want to re-enter the order , he was going to add the difference on the tip section of the credit card payment , the difference was 2$ he insisted it was 5$ .he speaks over you and speaks to you like a child , I told him to cancel the order and hung up . When we called back to get a refund , he tried to “explain to me” and when I explained to him his error he said he was wrong but I needed to learn to communicate, it was the most hypocritical, unnecessary , unprofessional thing to say. Instead of apologizing and moving forward with the order he tried to teach me a lesson , when he was wrong . It was mind blowing . He told me he was wrong but all I do is talk talk talk . Not only is the customer always right , but he admitted he was wrong and proceeded to handle the situation with an ego instead of like a professional. Their pizza is great , I’m not gonna lie, but after calling today I’m not ordering from them again nor am I visiting their establishment again. Just got this menu very recently, see the photo attached , after tax you would think delivery plus tip around $17.30 plus a generous tip ( last time I called for a delivery I gave the driver $5 ). I called to place an order for the Pizza deal #1 and said “I have a coupon for pizza deal #1do I need to give this to the driver?”, the person answering the phone said “it’s no worry you don’t have to tear it off”. I asked for the total and the person I spoke to said “total will be $19.50”. I said “wait your coupon on your recent menu says $15.95 plus tax with the coupon”, the person then says “ it’s $17.30 for pick up, $19.50 for delivery ( this is after acknowledging the coupon in the beginning of the call for $15.95 plus tax ). Coupon clearly states the price plus tax after presenting to the delivery person. I told the person on the line I’ll call back some other time 🫤. -4 stars for not honoring your coupon in your most recent menu and attempting to jack up the price an additional $4+. Your pizza is good, however there should be no reason to BS customers and not honor prices from coupons in your recent menu. Unfortunately won’t be going here due to RUDE and ARROGANT behavior . Last night placed a order over the phone to be picked up because unfortunately I couldn’t place the order online due to the place being “ closed “ so when I called from the start the man on the phone was rushing. Told him I wanted the two pizza special with the free soda and two other pies , since the conversation was being rushed I went to the store with time to spare and tried figuring out the prices . When I asked the man behind the counter with glasses he was standoffish and RUDE! Pointed at the menu and said “PRICES ARE THERE “ at that point I told him let me get the receipt and I’ll see myself which he aggressively gave to me. I could have easily told them I no longer wanted my 4 pies that came out to 76 dollars ( 2 cheese tasted like cardboard , 1 chicken bbq that had no seasoning , 1 pepperoni which wasn’t any better than the other 2) but I didn’t due to me not being disrespectful which I do regret now realizing how disrespectful the interaction was with this one individual. Anyways After the whole ordeal he didn’t even give me my soda , I didn’t want to make mention of it because I just couldn’t deal with the disrespect any longer.
