I've been many times. I was there when they opened. But I'm not happy. The portions are tiny for the prices. They charge an extra $1 for light sprinkles and $1.50 for a dollop of sauce. And you don't get much at all. Maybe a thimble full of sprinkles. And if you use a card they shove the tip request in your face and stare at you. I go to Rita's all over the south and had great experiences. I'm so sad after all the waiting and anticipation to have it be such an expensive let down.
