Customer service alone is hard to find anywhere anymore, much less good or even great customer service. But I promise you will find that great customer service here! When I placed my order through the app and pulled in to the curbside parking, I wasn’t intending to spend my next 20 minutes there. I did finally get my order and the young lady that brought it out was very kind but I still felt I should call to voice my frustration, simply aiming for the problem to be brought to light so maybe it won’t happen again. (I should add here that I dropped my latte as I was getting home. But the couple of sips I did have of it were awesome!!!)when I called I expected to get the same treatment I get from everyone… subpar and treated as if they are irritated that I even called, “How DARE you ask me to do my job today!”. But that was NOT the case AT ALL!!!! I spoke with the manager, Amy who greeted me In the kindest way possible, and genuinely listened to what I had to say. To my surprise, there was no Interruptions or arguments, she just listened. After voicing my frustration, I then added that I did drop my latte on the ground at home and would appreciate if you would just make me another one. I would be there soon to pick it up. Not only did she make me a new drink, but she also refunded me. I tried to refuse the refund by she simply Wouldn’t have it any other way. This is the best customer service in my opinion because human error is going to happen. Especially when you get teams of people trying to work together. How this was handled simply can’t be beat. I would return here every time. I’m there visiting my parents just because I know NO MATTER WHAT It’s going to be great whether human error comes into play or not. It’s hard to be good at customer service. Amy and everyone there with Amy deserves a pat on the back for the hard work and for keeping good customer service alive! Just purchased two DCB one with only ketchup and cheese and a happy meal. I get home and the DCB that’s only supposed to be Ketchup was completely loaded with pickles and onions which my wife is allergic to vinegar so couldn’t eat it. Then I open my 2 year olds happy meal and it’s missing his toy and sauce. Just so sad mf can’t follow basic orders. The staff always looks like someone forced them to work there. We haven't got the menu memorized so to be rushed and talked to like that in the retail world means bad customer service. The blonde younger female with a pony tail and bright polished fingernails didn't smile, greet, or acknowledge me other than to snatch my debit card. She seems to not enjoy her job and she is put on drive thru. That is not a good choice by management. If I'm going to give you my money your going to smile and thank me as well as have a personality.
