I definitely give one star to this place. Soon I enter this place no one inside to sit my daughter and I. Finally I saw someone and I asked if we can be sited, and the first thing comes out of her mouth was a rude remark. After that another person comes to the register, and I asked if we van be sited she said one moment please, we only have one server. Witch I totally understand. But once we where sat done by Alondra or Alejandra the server comes to take our drink order, she was very rude,witch was the same person was rude to my daughter and I, when we asked we can be sited. Then this same server Alondra person comes and brings our drinks and slams our drink on the table. I'm like what the hell is your problem. She try to apologize, the harm was done since we enter. I've work for customer service for more then 16 years and I have never never treated my customers like this Alondra here at Dennis. If you plan to eat here, make sure this Alondra or Alejandra server doesn't take your drinks or even order, cause you might not know what mood she might be in. It's sad to say this happened to us, we really wanted to enjoy a good lunch my daughter and I. I wonder she would of throw the food on our face. So yes 1 star I give. Thanks to your server...

I visited Denny’s yesterday to celebrate my birthday with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. Diana was our server, and she was nothing short of amazing. She was not only attentive but also a great conversationalist, making the experience feel personal and enjoyable. My grandma was a bit unsure about what to get on her burger, but Diana patiently walked her through all the options, which helped her customize it to her liking with extra toppings.

What stood out the most was Diana’s consistency and excellence — I had been served by her before, and she continued to deliver top-notch service. She was quick, efficient, and remembered my previous order, which really added a nice touch to the visit. Additionally, Sandy was great to work with as well. She was communicative with Diana and stepped in to help whenever necessary, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

It’s rare to find such great service, and I’m grateful for both Diana and Sandy for making our celebration special....
