Ramunto's Brick Oven Pizza — Restaurant in Claremont

(Reviewing while at the table.) Well let's see... the reason for one star is because our order was forgotten about. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. The waitress took our appetizer plates. We ordered our 1 pizza for here and 1 pizza to go. 40 mins of waiting for our pizza. The waitress came over and asked if we wanted to order the rest of the food. We were shocked, she went to check, then took another tables order, and then eventually made it over to tell us it's been put in, and to wait 5 mins more. While she fed all the people who've come in before us and after us. We came here tonight because it was a good experience once before. Not getting our pizza for over 40 mins is ridiculous. It's been 20 mins since she's told us it would be 5 mins. We are waiting on her lack of service. She didn't even come over and let us know when it was coming, even after the 5 min, 10 min, 12 min, 16 min, or even 20 mins of waiting after she realized her lack of service to our table. What a disappointment. We'd rather pay for our drinks and leave. This was a long wait to be told we weren't getting our pizza for a while. I can't even say it was a "mistake" because she walked past us countless time to give food to other people... she couldn't even speak to us... she couldn't even apologize to us for the mistake. She dropped the pizza off on the table with boxes and didn't even look back. She never told us her name either. Won't be back. Manager was no where to be found either. We left with our pizzas and unpleasant experience here tonight. 45 mins later, we arrived home with cold pizza, really hungry and no sides of ranch which we requested. Good job waitress, good job on your sh!t...

We stopped here for lunch on our travels through Claremont, NH. Unfortunately, our experience was subpar at best. I would like to say that the atmosphere was good but that's where the positives stopped. The waitress was not friendly. Okay- I could look past that if the food and service was good. At the time, it was not busy with empty tables around but, unfortunately, our food sat for a minimum of 10 minutes as we waited for our waitress to bring it our table. For the prices point of the food, I was expecting something pleasing to the palate. Instead, the food was so bland that I had to use the pizza seasonings on the table several times to get it to have flavor. Everyone's food was the same level of blandness. I ordered shrimp scampi which so DRY, lacked broth or sauce, and no favor! In fact, everyones food lacked flavor. After our food was brought to the table, our waitress walked by not once, twice but three times without stopping to see if we needed anything or ask how the food was. Once everyone was finished, we waiting again until FINALLY she came over to ask how everything was which, by that time, we had finished and there was nothing but the bill to be given and for us to pay. I definitely feel like this is a place that caters to locals and they made sure those people were taking care of first and foremost. I definitely would not recommend this place. Our bill was 90 dollars for lunch and I regret every penny...

Bought over $150 worth of food, including 2 wraps, 3 20" pizzas, cheese garlic bread, a burger, and the spinach artichoke dip. They messed up the wraps, instead of no mayonnaise they made them both with extra mayonnaise, which I didn't realize until the next day as we ate the pizza the first night. The cheese garlic bread is literally bread sticks with cheese dumped on top and literally no garlic flavor at all. The burger I ordered was supposed to have caramelized onions and cheddar cheese, there was a total of maybe 3 caramelized onions with so much cheese I had to remove some before I could continue eating it. Finally, the artichoke spinach dip comes with tortilla chips and a crouton-like bread with cheese, all of which was stale. Long story short, their prices are outrageous their food quality is extremely low (as this hasn't been the first time), and then comes the service of which when I called (the next day) they expected me to drive there just to even consider giving a refund. I didn't have a way to get there so instead of sending someone here or offering a store credit they pretty much told me I either needed to come in that night or the next day and that they would replace it. It was supposed to be dinner that night, not the next night when everything...
