About a week ago I go in and get two different gift cards. I ask the girl helping me to load 2 different gift cards with 20 each. She made a mistake and charged the full amount (40) on One card. And the other was left with a balance of 0. The reason I found out was because my niece went to use it and it showed the amount at $0. I go in this morning to have them fix their mistake. Mind you I was very nice about it given I work in a restaurant. The manager tells me that I have to ask the other person for the gift card back in order to fix it. All around embarrassing because it looks bad to ask someone for the gift back and the other person left with nothing.
My issue wasn't the mistake because mistakes can be made. My issue is the fact that I have to resolve the mistake THEY made. Manager says she can't do anything without the other gift card which as I said before looks rude to ask someone for the gift back.
I used to come to this Starbucks every weekend but now I'll have to change locations.
All around bad I left with the problem being unresolved because I'm sure that my sons teacher has already used the gift card

Read moreI have other Starbucks that I go to that know me. They know my name, drink, kid, her drink, etc. I only went here when I had to (I have to have the caffeine for migraines). I decided to use the drive-thru, which I loathe. Jacob helped me.... and I mean helped. I couldn't remember the name of the drink that I've had for 7-years. He told me to come to the window and he would walk me through their syrups and sauces which worked. Recently, I was in a bad mood about waking up and going to work while my kid and man were sleeping. MAC hooked me up! His witty personality and jokes changed my morning!Prescilla is awesome. Anthony takes great care of his crew and store. Trust me. I currently have 5 regular Starbucks and up to 18 espresso a day. They aren't very warm at first, but once you've been there a couple times and they start to recognize you then you're golden! They got 4 stars because I didn't want to use them as my regular in the beginning. Since it took too long to warm up to me and I had to drive further away to get my coffee when it takes me 4 minutes to walk here I dropped them a star. Read moreI mobile ordered drinks. Headed to location when my app said drinks are ready to go. However, lobby was closed so then headed to drive thru. Passed through the ordering screen since did not need to order. After waiting for a couple of cars to pass I made it to the window.
The barista must have been having a bad day because he was upset that we did not stop by the ordering window when we clearly communicated at the window were just there for pickup.
Before we even mentioned pickup he told us “can you next time stop by the ordering screen and not drive off etc” We were frustrated already waiting more than 20mins for drinks so I find it unacceptable and unprofessional to be telling us this since we were waiting patiently.
I was with my father and he told the barista when he handed the drinks what was really the point of stoping by the screen and again this guy was like oh so we can have your drinks ready (aren’t they already ready)
Again awful service, never mobile ordering here again cause it’s pointless and employees just rude.
We ordered iced green teas and they were very watered down.
