When Erika pulled up with my delivery I noticed that I didn't receive the garlic sauce that I ordered and ask her what i should do since i had paid for it? She said call the store. I have high anxiety therefore I order online. This experience is EXACTLY why. I had to repeat my name 4 times and then he wanted the spelling and I became frustrated and had to hang up. Then about an hour later after I calmed down from the anxiety, I open the cinnamon twists and there's no icing. Probably not gonna be back. Not only was I charged a delivery fee for something that wasn't delivered, I also gave a tip as well. Both the driver AND the guy at the store know I didn't receive what I ordered. If could leave less than one star I would. We should do better by one another as the human race. You didn't lose money. I did. Yeah it's only a few $$ to you... but to me... it's minutes of my life. They actually usually offered to replace the entire order when only one item was not right. That's excellent customer service! The other day they sent the wrong product. I called and they offered to replace the entire order. I said that they could just do it next time. They agreed. Next time came and they refused to make it right. The real bummer is that there were several items screwed up but I didn't realize it until after I called the first time. Since they'd offered to replace the entire order anyway, I didn't call back to complain more. And the manager actually said that if I didn't like it, I should go someplace else. When I arrived the location was very busy but I was well informed of the status of my order. I have to give a shout out to the entire crew including Colton who I believe may have been the manager or at the very least shift leader. He was definitely being very professional and making sure to let customers know about how long it would be before their order was done and making sure to manage the crew well. The entire crew was working efficiently and focused.
