T-Mobile — Local services in Claremore

UPDATE: I was charged for service, though I returned equipment and canceled within my 14 day cancelation period. Upon reviewing the receipt received at this store on 6/17, the employee did not note my name as the customer, they "guest" was entered in the name field. So, now I am stuck trying to get a refund for service and equipment I do not have. Furthermore, since he let the bill cycle, now I will have to battle them trying to lock me into a contract.

Went there to activate a new line. The representative talked us in to trading up to a IPhone 16. We agreed and were told we could drop the phone off there or to any t mobile location when we got everything transferred. We came back the next weekend to drop the phone off and the representative told us a shipping label was being sent and we had to mail in the phone. We never received a shipping label and we also discovered the deal showed no trade in. We were pretty disappointed with the way we were mislead by the staff there.
