The staff are very pleasant and enjoy serving. I drink coffee black and its the smoothest I've had in a very long time. They also offer lattes, frappe, smoothies and a few signature items I hear are delish. I also use the convenient drive thru on many busy mornings. The coffee was really good. The barista was super friendly. The environment was pretty good (maybe darken the big windows so you're not staring at an old parking lot, but that's just a personal preference).
