They probably paid to take down my original review. Still no resolution. I spoke to a young man named Colby. I called because I ordered food from Pryor through doordash and needed to speak someone but Pryor locations phone is not working. So I called Claremore hoping they could get me in contact with someone to help me. This young man (colby) that answered the phone was already upset from the first second I spoke to him. He obviously was trying to take a bad day out on me. I attempted to explain my situation. I am hurt, I am unable to drive, I ordered food I just need to speak with someone. I was having a pretty good day; now Im not. Now i want justice. Im tired of people like Colby and businesses like tropical smoothie who think they can run all over people because they feel like it. Basically, He steam rolled me as I was trying to explain what happened, kept interrupting me in the middle of my sentence with different ways of saying “its not our problem, call someone else”. He wouldn’t even listen to a single word, he jumped all over me for no reason. I just wanted a phone number. I thought if i told him what happened he would know who i could talk to and get me to the right person. I asked him to “let me speak” and that set colby off. He immediately became irate after that. My bad. I told him he needed to calm down bc he was escalating and getting loud. All bc i asked if I could speak. God forbid. Colby then started accusing me of “yelling” at him. He was getting so pumped and Im just chilling on my front porch looking at the phone like “wth is going on with this dude” I asked if he would let me speak to someone else, he continued to yell. I asked if he could just ask someone for the phone number. Then, I asked to speak to his manager and he started yelling louder and said “maam stop yelling at me! you need to call back at 7 am!” and hung up the phone. I never raised my voice at all. This was obviously a show for the people around him. If I were on speaker it would have been very confusing for everyone. It was the weirdest phone interaction with a “business”. After all that He told his manager lies about me. I know this bc I cried a little afterwards bc he was so freaking mean and tropical smoothie completely screwed me over. When my husband tried to call to speak to the manager about him colby. she no joke defended him without even listening to our side of things: Completely dismissed. I ordered food, they took my money, they sent me inedible “food” that my dog legitimately would not touch, the burrito was 99% sauce and the “no sugar added” smoothie tasted like cotton candy. This dog eats chicken poop and wouldnt touch this wrap. Then they wouldnt answer the phone. Their manic employee unprovoked screamed at me on the phone, hung up on me, etc. I haven’t even got an apology. I am shock. I cant believe this place stays open. Every day this world gets worse. Idk why it surprises me anymore. Give people grace, try kindness. Dont be a bully,...
Read moreHello,
I’m a regular at the Broken Arrow location and have also dined at the Claremore location many times. I visited yesterday, and as always, the food was great. However, I wanted to share some feedback regarding a small but impactful service difference.
At the Broken Arrow location, salsa is always provided with a quesadilla without needing to ask, and that has also been my experience at the Claremore location in the past. However, during my last two visits, I’ve got none salsa. Then yesterday requested it. When I asked yesterday, I was told, “They don’t come with it, but I’ll do it just this one time.”
While I appreciate the accommodation of this hard worker. the response made it seem like I was asking for a special favor rather than something that has always been a standard part of the meal. Having salsa with my quesadilla significantly enhances the experience, and not receiving it—especially when it was previously included—has negatively affected my last two visits.
If this is a new policy or cost-saving measure, it comes across as prioritizing minor savings over customer satisfaction. Given that I live near this location and have been a regular, I’ve received salsa without issue until now. If this change is intentional, it would be helpful for consistency across locations, as other stores I visit still provide it automatically.
I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes of better understanding the change and whether it’s something that can be reconsidered.
Thank you...
Read moreLoved everything about tropical smoothie, but staff ruined it for me on multiple occasions. If you are making online order and picking up at this location don’t be surprised if you will receive 0 customer service.Every time I would pull up to get my order cashier at the window/drive through I’ve been greeted with attitude. They act and sound like you are not wanted there and you are bothering them with your presence. So many people looking for jobs and willing to work with good attitude and professionalism, but this place keep hiring teenagers with absolutely no knowledge in customer care and service ethics. I really didn’t want to leave this review and been giving them so many chances to change my mind, since I work in retail and know that some days just can be rough and not everyone are very good at keeping their negative emotions to themselves, but if you can’t provide professional service and decent respectful treatment to your customers you don’t belong in food service or any type of work that requires interaction...
