Whataburger — Restaurant in Claremore

I’ve had many previous experiences where I’ve gotten over cooked chicken every time. My boyfriend and I decided to try giving this place a try yesterday and I had planned on ordering a hamburger because I haven’t had an issue with those yet. Well we ended up stuck in the drive through for 20 minutes even though there were only 2 cars in front of us. When we finally made it up to the window, the lady asked us if we ordered a burger and a 3 piece which we didn’t, we ordered a burger and a honey bbq chicken sandwich (I’m honestly not sure how they got the sandwich mixed up with a 3 piece because my boyfriend clearly said “honey bbq chicken sandwich meal”), and the lady at the window was extremely rude and sarcastic with us and ended up charging us more than what we were told at the order station (which I understand the honey bbq sandwich costs a little more than a 3 piece but that wasn’t our mistake and I feel like they shouldn’t have made us pay for their mistake), we never even got any apology for the mistake. All the while, our drinks sat up at the window for the whole 20 minutes we were in line, which would’ve meant they would’ve been watered down by the time we got them. I’m not sure why Whataburger in Claremore holds the drinks at the window for that long but they’ve done that every single time I’ve gotten food there. I always hear about Whataburger and finally stopped in to see what all the fuss was about. I ordered the #1 meal with everything on my burger. Was glad to hear that it comes with dill pickles as sweet pickles/relish on a burger or hot dog is no right. I like that they bun is lightly toasted, but as I was eating my cheeseburger, I couldn't stop thinking that this cheeseburger is similar to a Sonic cheeseburger. They are similar in size and quite frankly, could be mistaken for the same cheeseburger. Fries were good with the spicy ketchup, but nothing to rave over. The lady taking my order was great and very helpful and if this review was only about her service I would give it 5 stars. My daughter did not get her chocolate chip cookie from her kids meal, but I was able to go to the walmart next door and get some from the bakery. Prices were not too high and I may have to try a specialty sandwich next time to see if that changes my opinion about Whataburger.

My family and I went to Claremore restaurant . It was nice at first . I ordered and then my son ordered at the end of my son's order this huge group of very young adults like 18 and up bunch of them with trucks pull in run inside there this main girl comes screaming in and says . B...h you need to come outside the guy didn't do it. So they all start getting pissed cause he would so started yelling more finally there was this guy from Claremore him and his wife eating and a nother male from Chelsea fire department . Go out and telling the crowd you need to leave get in your vehicle and leave. Well they start leaving some burning out making there engines rev. Not impressed by the way. So they start leaving the guy comes back in and I said thank you my grandson is with me and he don't need to see that . He said your welcome . He said I was worried about my truck they was hanging all over it. So they left 45 minutes goes by and still no food. And by this time the police show up . Sitting outside . And finally my son gets his food first and I ordered before him and then they bring me mine. And the onion rings was majorly burnt.
