I prefer to call the local florist and order flowers with them, than use the internet. I live in California, my best friend lives in Claremore Oklahoma. She survived a massive heart attack and was returning home for recovery. I wanted to send a beautiful get well bouquet. I am so happy I called this shop. They helped me place my order and delivered a beautiful bouquet to my friend. A few months later I find myself in need of a sympathy bouquet to send to my best friends' husband. I called this shop again and these ladies helped me get through the order and once again delivered a beautiful bouquet. I cannot thank them enough for the beautiful bouquets they delivered on both occasions. If I ever need flowers again in the Claremore area, I will call them first! I had ordered some Rose's through this establishment for my fiancee this past Valentine's day. Needless to say everything got delivered buuuut the Rose's! Which pretty much was the whole reasoning of doing business with these people. I wouldn't have known the roses didn't get delivered if my fiancee wouldn't have called to thank me. I rate this establishment only a star do to not only the roses not getting delivered but also having to pay an extra$10 for having something delivered that wasn't purchased through them. That & the amount of time it took to make the transaction & I PAID IN CASH!. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to do business with. Sorry but I will never do business...

Our flowers for my grandmothers funeral service were fulfilled through this shop. the flowers ordered through Floral Haven ( the arrangement amounts that were ordered were $73 going to up to $90) and what was delivered, was nothing like what was pictured.

I went to their website to see if they offered similar bouquets from what the funeral home listed, and they did. i also looked up the prices on the arrangements that were delivered- they weren't even close to what our guests had purchased.
