Dunkin' — Restaurant in Clark

This brand new location, conveniently located on the corner of Central and Terminal Avenues at the foot of an overpass, is already proving to be a hot spot to the local area. The only issue that might exist is the extremely long line that forms during peak hours of the day. The location offers walk-in service in addition to its drive-thru, however, the parking lot is shared by various other businesses that may be inconvenienced when the drive-thru traffic begins to wrap around even though the staff does work to make the line flow smoothly. Patrons could potentially avoid this completely by ordering ahead of time using the app. Otherwise, Dunkin offers the exact same products i.e. donuts (munchkin and larger), coffee (hot and ice), iced tea, lemonade, a small variety of microwavable goods, and more. The only real complaint I can make is in reference to the couple of orders I received which were not accurate or completely incorrect. I decided this was due to the very young staff this location has employed (we all need to start somewhere). Cheers to a successful endeavor.

In the early afternoon of Saturday (10/23/21) I waited in an extensively long line to place an order for myself and a friend. When I finally made it to the speaker I placed a relatively simple order. After having received my order in it's entirety, I immediately noticed a common error with my own. Rather than drive off and accept the mistake, I felt compelled to inform the boy working the window that some of the establishments customers are frequent fliers. I proceeded to inform him that I frequently visit this location and make the same beverage request. It always happens to be the mid-day crew who consistently makes the same mistake with my beverage. On this day in question, I made sure I said 'hot' when I ordered so the fact that I almost drove away with an iced Caramel Macchiato is inappropriate. This was the message I felt compelled to deliver to this boy. While his response as well as my confrontation were entirely civil he still did not seem concerned, which I used as motivation to write this review. Dunkin in general sucks because I never get refunds for orders I place on the mobil app that end up being unavailable upon pickup. And This particular Dunkin is notorious for that. Furthermore, I had a disappointing experience at this particular location. The morning staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, no one greeted me or acknowledged me for several minutes. I sat there wondering if they were even taking orders. To make it worse, when they finally did respond, I could hear them laughing, which felt disrespectful and uncalled for. A simple greeting and basic courtesy would have made all the difference. I had a many terrible experiences here. Unfortunately this Dunkin is the closest to my job and only one on my route to work. The staff usually seems uninterested and unprofessional, barely acknowledging me and acting as if serving me is an inconvenience. The lack of friendliness and care made the all the visits unpleasant. This place sucks and I wish Dunkin would refund my money everytime i place an order that is out of stock. This...

I'll start by saying that the morning crew always get orders correct and the quality is always where it should be. But I've waited until it's become a pattern to say that the afternoon crew misses in some way every time. On this latest (1/12/23 around 4p) afternoon visit, I got a small Carmel Macchiato. Granted, the size was small, but the amount was so much smaller. (Pictures attached) I opened the cup to find the cup barely half full with so much foam. The size was already a small!! What was left in the cup was barely more than if I had ordered a couple of shots of espresso. But this was supposed to be a whole "crafted beverage?" This doesn't happen [as severely] when I order the same drink in the morning.

On other occasions, I would order a muffin in the morning, and it would be heated through, butter melted. In the afternoon, the same muffin would be luke warm with a glob on butter in the middle.
