I normally love to go to TRH. I have been to this location 3 times now, and each time I have had something happen that made me regret patronizing the establishment. Last night's dinner failure was the last time I will visit this location for a long time. We were seated promptly, in a booth near the entrance to the kitchen on the opposite side of the bar. This made it possible for me to watch the line dancing and the food coming out of the kitchen. I will admit that I wasn't sure what I wanted, so I took 10 minutes to order. The server seemed friendly enough. We got our drinks after a few minutes, and then I got my side salad after a few more minutes, and then 45 minutes went by, and we never got our food. We finally got the attention of one of the managers and asked what was going on. The server never realized we didn't have our food and did not say anything when she dropped off more drinks at our table. So the manager went to check and supposedly, the kitchen misplaced our check, or another server took our food to the wrong table. We finally got one of the items an appetizer sampler, it seemed like it was sitting under the heat lamp the whole time. There was cheese sprinkled all over the boneless wings weirdly, the wings were not mild, they were hot, and it was just all around disappointing. My food came out next. Nothing was wrong, just basic chicken strips and sweet potato. The manager stopped by again at this point to let us know that our child's kids' meal was being made right away. So a few more minutes go by, and we now have a kids meal. After 10 more minutes, a second kids' meal comes out of the kitchen for our table. This leads me to believe that the kitchen was not at fault, and the waitress likely never put in our order. The manager gave us a little card with a free appetizer when you buy 2 entrees for our next visit. Honestly, I was going to give it to the next table over until it fell on the floor under the table. I can't see myself coming back and using it at this location. I can usually count on TRH for a decent dining experience. This is no longer the case. I did get to see the line dancing a second time while I was there, which is a first for me. They must dance once an hour. If you want some really great chicken strips check out the FOP, I visited there recently for the first time, and they...
Read moreMy family group of five came to the Roadhouse (local) tonight for my bday dinner and it was a disappointment. Family from another county were invited and I ended up feeling embarrassed. We ordered two appetizers to share and the second came out at least 20 minutes after we were done w the first and just before dinner. There was a manager there in a grey fleece asking tables how things were. We told her about our experience and she said she would take an appetizer off the bill. Then many of our meals came out incorrectly made and just generally incorrect and we just didn’t even make a fuss bc we were HUNGRY. For example, the waitress asked if we wanted our baked potatoes loaded or whatever this chain calls it and then we all just got potatoes w sour cream and that’s it, but loaded is an up charge. I was offered two sides w my steak and grilled shrimp, but didn’t ever receive my chili. My aunt finally received her “Jamaican Cowboy” when we were finally half through our entrees. It was just an embarrassment to have asked family to have dinner with me there. It was so so frustrating and put everyone in an uncomfortable position about making a fuss about wrong meals and then handling the waitress (who was v nice) and the manager and then nothing being taken off the bill and then tipping. We’re not testy people, we just don’t want to throw money away on things that we don’t get but pay for from a well-known restaurant chain!!!! I won’t take anymore chances like this. It was a bad experience. Also, we were out on the “upper deck” of the seating area and at the end. A two table was pushed against a normal booth to accommodate my huge party of five and then the opposite booth was continually filled, connecting both dining areas and we were honestly all on top of one another there in the back. I was ashamed scooting myself all the way to get off the booth and my behind brushing across the gentleman at the table across. I felt like I brought my family to a livestock field. I’ve learned my lesson. I’ll be taking my loved ones to local, caring eateries...

I have had to delete and rewrite my review for Texas Roadhouse. Sadly, our number one restaurant has become a no-go.
The food and beverage manager and our server confirmed that all of the potatoes are rolled in bacon grease before cooking.
My wife has pork allergy. Many faiths do not eat pork and products that are cooked with pork of any kind. Many people choose not to eat pork and other meats out of conscience.
Yes, Texas Roadhouse offers meats. But we also have a vegetarian platter that we've often ordered. Neither the menu nor most of the servers were aware of how bacon infused potatoes exist on your menu.
I have written to corporate, and they have not responded in weeks.
So, Texas Roadhouse, corporate and restaurants alike, please learn to update your menu with your allergens. And if you want to get our business back, you can roll potatoes in some vegetable based oil instead.
I don't think we're turning the world on its axis here with this request.
If Texas Roadhouse decides to change its mind and its recipe, a bit, we'll be back, but you'll have to tell us. And that means directly.
This is a pretty serious manner, especially for those who might have allergies that could trigger anaphylactic shock.
Think about your reputation, think about your customer base, and think about how your mottos reflect your actions.
Otherwise, I have no quarrel with the food servers or the food and beverage managers. Everyone has been exemplary in their behaviors...
