I have heard a lot of hype about this place. After dinner, we visited Crumbl Cookies to see what everyone was talking about. As we entered the establishment, I looked around, hoping to see what cookies they offered in a display. I expected to see both the popular cookies and some not so popular cookie choices. Unfortunately, all I saw were five different cookies on individual saucers sitting on a small counter. Behind the counter, I saw four workers either putting cookies on a cookie sheet to bake or removing the baked cookies from a cookie sheet. In the front of the store stood five customers. I searched for the location where the cookies would be ordered. One of the customers pointed behind another customer. There, I saw two pedestals with what appeared to be a tablet on the top. I approached the tablets, hoping to find instructions on how to order. After fumbling around with the screen, a picture of five cookies appeared. I choose to purchase a six-pack of cookies. I made my selections and chose "complete" on the screen. To my dismay, my total for the six cookies I chose appeared, $26.75. Thinking this was a mistake, I erased the order and began again to select my cookie choices. Again, I chose six cookies, and again, my total appeared on the screen as $26.75. I turned to ask one of the workers but no one answered me. Two of the workers glanced up at me but returned to their work. I heard my name being called from the opposite side of the room. I approached the lady who handed me a box with my cookie selections inside. Before I had a chance to ask the lady a question, she turned her back and walked away. I was left holding six cookies that I had just paid $26.75 for. At this point, I expected the cookies to be extraordinarily tasteful. As I tasted my cookie, all I tasted was an ordinary cookie. One like I bake at home. Nothing extraordinary about the establishment, ordering process, or the taste of the cookies. The only thing extraordinary was the exaggerated price I paid for those six cookies. I am highly disappointed in Crumbl Cookies and probably will...
Read moreSo I had heard all the reviews and hype from friends and media. Had no idea there was one in this area but once I saw it I had to stop. Middle of afternoon and I walked in. There is a digital menu board and they are offering 6 flavors of the day. You can order kiosk or from the register. Young lady helping me was fantastic. I ordered the cinnamon square and on her recommendation the red velvet. The cinnamon came in a little tray. It was more of the consistency of a cupcake or cake. It was not bad but it was not good either. The icing was average. The red velvet was better. I like it on. My partner in crime concurred and she had them both. The store is ultra cool, the young ladies handling my order were fantastic, the order board where they put your name is cool and you can see where you are in the queue, the packaging is well done. By the time I left the place was packed. So obviously their business is good. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. I would give them another chance due to service but the cookies are expensive so in my mind they need to be really good. These are big, thick cookies but are pricey. I think there is a discount for...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience. Had an order set to be picked up at 9:30 P.M. and got there about 5 minutes late (silly me). Checked in and saw I was #1 in line, so I thought it would be a relatively quick process. I wait 20 minutes with no response to my hazard lights from employees. I get a little antsy and call the store. I get directed to voicemail. I check and the store closes at 10:00 P.M. At this point itâs after 10:00 and the door gets locked by an employee. I go up to the door, knock on it, and show employees my phone that I have an online order. The woman employee without hesitation just looks and says âsorry weâre closedâ. I have never had worse service from an establishment like this in my life. I hope no one experiences this and I also hope my order gets refunded after I cancelled it on the app due to the...
