Arby's — Restaurant in Clarkston

I visited the Clarkston Arby’s on Sunday, November 15, 2015 at 5:00PM. I ordered one classic beef and cheese sandwich, one classic beef sandwich, one small fry and one small drink. The total was ten dollars and ninety-six cents. Overall I had an excellent visit to Arby’s.

The first thing I noted while pulling up to the drive through was the outside appearance of the building. All outside surfaces were very clean and I could tell that the all of the bushes had been trimmed and shaped recently. At this time it was dark outside and all of the signs were bright and notable with no light bulbs out. As I pulled up to the drive-through I was kindly greeted by an employee who helped me place my order.

As I pulled up to the second window I was greeted immediately by an employee who already had my drink and straw in hard. She looked very professional in her full uniform; hat, apron, shirt and name tag. I also noted that she made eye contact with me every time we talked.

It was a very quick turnaround to get my food!! I noted that the bag was neatly packed. All of my food items, as well as my drink, were made to order with no mistakes and the food was very delicious. Overall I had a very good experience at the Clarkston Arby’s. The food and the cleanliness of the facility...

They didn't understand that my mentally handicap 13 year old son was ordering for the first time and he was a bit confused he kept trying to get a menu item off of Sharp's menu instead of theirs and instead of you know agreeing with him or telling him oh you really want this is what you're trying to order and picking something similar to the item that he had been suggesting the lady just kept telling him no I don't know what you're talking about we don't have fries sauce no sorry no no no no no no she just kept carrying on with the words "no I don't know. " Only making my son shut down and say he didn't want anything because he didn't know why she kept telling him no. He was confused I told the ppl in line behind us to please stop talking over us and straight up pointed to the menu and said that's it the one he wants really at that way it would not have mattered picking anything just to diffuse the situation and get him away from the cashier.. what better way to end the conversation and move on she didn't know what I meant she just turned around and pick anything off the menu.. close enough, just Go with It, maybe it was what I pointed out... Maybe not. Then she proceeded to ring us up. Not realizing that she had just made the...

Hate to say it, I come here often and usually get prompt 5 star service... It's 1630 now on 5/18 I had to wait 5min to get any service at the front while I have to watch 2 people tackle drive through. Talking about discounts and such from the drive through lady (lucky them). When my order was finally taken I was not handed my drink and delivered my (French dip combo) order without fries. When I asked for fries I had to watch the young lady hold my fries in her hand for another 5min while the older woman employee talked to her. This whole ordeal took well over 15min. This just wasn't the day for prompt or hot...
